Easy to order items - they are always honestly described on the website - so no nasty surprises.

Well designed and cut clothing, with accurate and consistent sizing for all men's items.
The Inverness shop is well located next to the station and near the bus station too. A good sized and well stocked shop.
The number of ZIPPED, internal and external pockets is a critical factor in choosing jackets, gilets, trousers and shirts too!

Really poor quality of product and customer service. Waterproof jacket bought for £180 has barely lasted two years and now the inner lining is peeling away and is no longer waterproof. Bought with cash and no longer have a receipt, i told them the exact date / store location i bought it from but they couldn’t help with proof of purchase as they don’t keep records for over two years. Yeah well neither! Offered a gift card for less than the value of the jacket as compensation. Not sure what the thought process is there, will not be buying from the brand again due to such poor quality.

Nothing wrong with the product, but after ordering, I had a query on delivery.

The link from the order confirmation email to track delivery didn’t work (you really need to fix that)

So I submitted a query via the contact form on your website but the response took nearly a week to come through, and then didn’t answer my question, so I gave up.

Not great customer service at all. Northbound Gear, for comparison, email me (I don’t need to contact them) with constant updates on delivery progress, so guess who I’d prefer to spend my money with in future, regardless of the quality of your products …

I placed my order and immediately realized that the shipping address had autofilled to my previous address in the US rather than my current address in the UK. Since it was before their opening hours of 9:00 a.m., I immediately emailed them and also contacted them through their messaging platform.

The messaging platform responded and said they would reach out to customer service to have the address updated. When I didn’t hear anything back, I called the following morning. I was told that my order had already shipped, but that they would contact DHL to have the package intercepted and returned.

Unfortunately, one week later, my package has now made it to the US, and I have no way of accessing it or resolving the situation.

The most frustrating part of this experience has been the lack of timely customer service. If you think you may need any assistance with your order, I would strongly reconsider ordering from this company. When I spoke with customer service, I was told that they were three days behind on responding to emails.

Mistakes happen, but what matters is how a company handles them. In this case, I made every effort to contact them immediately, yet the issue was not addressed in time and has now resulted in my package being sent to the wrong country. What a waste of 200 pounds.

Rohan is a great company . The clothing is well made with good quality materials but they need to open a few more shops not close all of them.

Having been a very satisfied customer for nearly 40yrs, using my Rohan clothing on many adventures in Central Asia, SE Asia, Africa & Europe - It is my prime travel companion!

Great range of product of a very good quality. Comfortable to wear and long lasting a bit expensive at times though. Excellent service.

Easy to order and pay on line, although delivery dates can be unpredictable (but not long). Sadly the men's shirts do not carry two decent zipped breast pockets that were so useful for travel for wallets, passports etc. Now you are lucky to get one, and that is likely to be small and useless. I've commented on this several times directly, but to no avail

Easy to order on line Great communication throughout regarding shipping etc Brilliant service had order delivered into store Great product fits true to size . I choose the roamer style as it suits me They sit nicely high on the waist . I have trousers & capri pants this is the first pair of shorts I have tried but they are comfortable

Prompt delivery of goods. Perfect for the drought weather we are experiencing. Perfect fit. Great colour. Great quality.

Excellent wash and reproof of my Bergen jacket. Looks and feels like new again. Turn around in about a week. Thank you.
Should add that there clothing is still of very good quality.

Although sad that the ‘silver’ Ts are no longer produced, the present range of base layer/Ts are very good. They wash and dry very well and I have used them in hot & humid climates in the Philippines for a decade.
Now, back in the UK, they are just as comfortable.

Always easy to purchase from Rohan either in store or via the website. Great range of quality products and helpful staff in the Southwell store. Can order online to collect in store too. Prompt delivery and easy to return items if necessary -although that’s very rare!
