Romans - Wokingham Opiniões

Sam at Romans Wokingham is incredibly professional, friendly and helpful. He has walked with us through our entire journey to find the right house for our family. He kept us updated throughout the entire process and was always a cheerful and considerate voice during the stressful process of finding a house. Thank you so much for all that you have done for our family and helping us find the perfect home.

Thank you to the whole team but especially Catherine McNicholas without whom this move would not have happened.

We want to highlight the work that our Property Manager, Luke Roberts is doing. The one thing we as landlords want is a representative who keeps us informed about what is going on and gives us the best advice when there is a problem. We have found over the last period of time since Luke has been our manager that he fullfils our rrequirements excellently.

Thank you Kerry and the Lettings team for all your help! Finding our new home had never been soo easy. Highly recommended.

Strongly recommend Romans. Mr. Sam and Courtney Brant are really professional and so patient in answering all my queries.

Great agency! We quickly found an apartment for rent. Despite the fact that we are renting an apartment in England for the first time, they helped us at all stages. Special thanks to Anne-Marie and Sam. They were always in touch with us and helped to resolve all issues. We wish you to continue to work so successfully!

Kerry at Wokingham provided an excellent service through the process of renting a property to us, highly recommend Romans

Well what can I say.
Now waiting on three years of accounts...on a house ?
NO.....a 51 appartments block!!!!!
Don't go near them, not even for a dog kennel, you would probably find a hamster in it !

Extremely helpful agents who assisted every step of the way. Fast and helpful response.

Robbie in the Wokingham branch was extremely helpful, his help with chasing the solicitors and other parties was invaluable—many thanks for that.

As first time Landlords, choosing to rent out our home so that we can travel, we chose Romans on personal recommendation.

They have proved to be helpful during the various stages, as we endeavoured to meet all the legal and administrative requirements to enable their tenants to live in our home.

We have been pleased with the responses, help and advice we have received from Kerry Moody and Alistair Schorah, in particular.

Having opted to pay for their full management package, we look forward to their continued support during our stay on the other side of the world.

Roman’s team have been very helpful and patient with all my queries starting from visiting to signing the tenancy.

Would highly recommend Roman’s for their services as they are very professional and considerate to our needs, always on top of things and providing timely assistance when required.

A big shout out and thank you to Kerry Moody & Abbi King!

My daughter and I travelled down from Yorkshire as she was about to take up a new job with Berkshire NHS. We had paid a deposit to another agent, who became increasingly evasive, then stopped taking calls.
Two days before she was due to move in we abandoned all hope, cancelled the removal van and booked a further week of hotel. I walked past Romans that afternoon and saw a possible rental. Andrei took us there late that afternoon (Monday), we agreed an offer and Andrei said it might be possible to move by the following Wednesday. In fact he did it by the following Monday lunchtime!!!!
Exceptional service
Thank you Andrei and Romans

Andrei and the team at Roman's Wokingham have been clear and attentive throughout my experience with them. Giving me all the necessary information, and helping me arrange extra viewings when I needed them. Would 100% recommend to anyone who is undertaking the daunting task of flat hunting!

Great service from Sam and his team, who have helped us find a new property to let. We are very happy about the place we have found.

1000 Thank you's

Since moving to the UK. I have only relied on one estate agency to help me find rental accommodation. That is until I started the process with renting a property with Romans Letting & Estate Agents in Wokingham. In all my years, I have never had such a seamless transition than this. Andrei Csomortani, the letting agent for the property deserves a 6 star rating for his professionalism and expert advice through the whole process. It was truly a 1st class experience. Thank you Romans for matching me up with Andrei.

I enjoyed my experiences in renting a house this time. The house is in good condition and on convenient location. Sam served us to view it twice with patience and explained in details and negotiated some rent reduction for me. Will try Romans with first priority in future.

Kerry at Romans has made our experience a very good one & she made our day when she called me to say that we had got the property that we really wanted! she has always only been a phone call away, very helpful & it was lovely to meet her In person.
I would deferently reccomend Romans to my family & friends.

I was looking to relocate with my family, Sam was very helpful and very patient in answering all the questions we had. Always willing to help. To be honest which was the reason why we took the place from them as there were other suitable places for us. Other estate agents but vey arrogant. He was very reassuring all the way.

Kerry has been amazing at helping me through the difficult task of finding and guiding me through the process of renting a property. My house has been severely damaged following a frozen burst water pipe and she has made the whole process less stressful.
