A real Scam

A real Scam! i ordered 4 pieces around 55 dollars each, on mid dec 2024, i received 2 mid on january 2024 , baaad quality! i kept following up regarding the 2 remaining pieces , they confirmed that thet send me a seperate shipment with 2 pieces, and today 24 Jan i received only one piece with worst quality that the first one ! Conclusion , it is a scam website , they display amazing clothes with hight prices , but the reality , they are selling very cheap clothes , with very long time of delivery . Ill never ever buy again from this website.

Terribly cheap product- a scam.

Completely agree with many of the other low reviews here. Marketed as linen. Is absolutely not. I’m usually a size 12, so ordered the large- the site is clearly a cheap knock off of more high quality sites such as Mister Zimi because the shorts are incredibly small- clearly made for more petite builds. Incredibly disappointed. Do not buy from here. Scam.

Purchased a dress which was nothing…

Purchased a dress which was nothing like the photo it was not cotton or cotton blend it was polyester.
The neck line was uneven and when I contacted them they wanted me to keep it and give a small refund. I have sent it back and still waiting for a refund as its been 3 weeks in there depot in China and it also says on their website Australian owned which I like to support.Hopefully they receive it soon and I will take down this post but feel ripped off at this stage.

No issues

Had no problems ordering here. It took about 1.5 weeks for my order to arrive, maybe keep that in mind when ordering here if you need something quick.
The clothes are good quality for the price!

merchandise quality is inferior, sizing is WAY OFF

Their merchandise sizing is WAY OFF. I ordered a medium and a large in two different garments, and the items look like they were made for pre-teens. Just ridiculous.
I have attempted to contact customer service twice to ask about a return, and have received no response. Do not do business with this place.

Pretty sure this place is a scam

Pretty sure this place is a scam. I ordered 14 items, cost anywhere from $49-59. I received 9 out of the 14 items and 2 out of the 9 that I did receive were a totally different item from what I ordered.
Quality is HORRIBLE. Each item should be no more than $20 and is comparable to Temu. The products don’t even have tags on them stating what size they are. The material is so thin, even the sweaters, that you can legitimately see through them. Pretty sure they wouldn’t last through a single wash cycle.
Do not buy from this retailer unless you want to waste your money for disposable clothing.

Poor quality, Negligent Customer Service

Sent two emails to customer service, tried reaching them through Instagram but no response. I'm trying to return two dresses, one was too tight in bust and the other fell apart when trying on, the tying cord fell off. Dress material thin and very poor quality. Attempted leaving a review in their website but would not allow. I should have known better to research before purchasing, what can you expect from purchasing from China. Order #R10639.

EXCELENT purchase

I recently purchased a few dresses and I couldn't be more satisfied. The quality is outstanding; the dresses are well-lined and fit perfectly on the body. The sizing is accurate and matches the size chart provided. Additionally, the delivery was prompt and everything arrived in excellent condition. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Horrible customer service!

Horrible customer service!

I tried to return am item and they said that I have 2 options:

1). Keep the dress that i don't want and get a partial refund (they started at $10 for a $70 dress and, after many emails offered me $45) to again keep a dress that doesn't fit and I don't want.

2). Send it back for a full refund. Except that you have to mail it back to China on your own dime, they don't send return labels.
The say that you have to send them the tracking and once they receive it an me see that it isn't damaged, they will issue you a full refund. But you have to mail it to China.

This is very misleading because on the product page it mentions that you can return item for a refund but that's it. On the customer service page it says that you have to pay for the return label but nowhere on the website is there any reference to their office being in China or that you have to mail anything back to China for a refund.

I'm not holding my breath for any refund that they send to me coming any time soon.

Buyer beware!!!

I received my full order in two shipments - not a problem. I ordered 2 sweaters and one shirt in a size medium. The sweaters fit fine the shirt is very small - sizes are not consistent. While the sweaters are “okay” they are made of very cheap materials. I do not expect them to last more than one season. In addition the colors are not at all what they appear on the website. I attempted to return the shirt, but was “asked” to, instead, take a $10 refund and keep the shirt to “donate or to give as a gift”. The email is in very broken English. I will not order from this site again. Buyer beware!!!!

Buyer Beware

I placed an order on 1/18/2024, my card was charged on 1/19/2024, and I only received one item out of two. It is now 3/1/2024. I was charged for the full order. When I first reached out in February, I was told the other item would ship separately. But I have received no further communications. I will contest the charge to my credit card.

Do not order from this site !

Customer service will probably respond to this notice that I should contact them, but I have already sent 5 e-mails since February 7, and did not receive any response.
I ordered 3 sweaters, none of them has a material or size label. They do not correspond at all to the models ordered. For example, I ordered a turtleneck sweater and received a v neck sweater instead...
Do not trust this company !

Do not purchase anything from this company!
It took about 3 weeks for my order to arrive. I could see on the shipping link that it was coming from China. I opened up the shipment of women's tops and tried them on. They fit me like clothes that were designed for someone 5'0 to 5'2". I am 5'9". The v-neck on one of the items that should have rested below my clavicle was up against my neck. Comical- if I hadn't wasted $50 on it. One of the items came with a stretchy camisole to be worn underneath the sheer top. Literally, it was designed to fit a 2 year old. I immediately attempted to contact Roselili through the email provided on a card inside the shipment- no reply. And I have messaged them twice via Instagram regarding a refund. I have only received is an ill-worded automated reply stating their hours of operation and that they will get right back to me. I am going to dispute these charges with my credit card company. I hardly ever order clothes online and now I remember why. Roselili is a loser!
