Quality shines through
Was searching for a bath caddy following bathroom renovation. Found exactly what I needed at Rowen & Wren. I was impressed with the quality on arrival and know this item will stand the test of time. Added bonus was the lovely packaging which I have kept to reuse in future.

R&W delivers on all levels
R&W delivers on all levels. They offer such a tasteful curation of homewares that have timeless appeal. The range is beautifully put together, and marketed with just the right pitch. I bought the most beautiful, solid oak chest of drawers, a huge affair, perfectly described, quickly delivered. It makes me smile every time I walk past it. A heritage piece, to be used day in, day out, and that will delight me for years to come, I feel sure. I always feel I get what I pay for with R&W, and look forward to saving for the next big thing, or the occasional little treat.

Cheaper from the manufacturer
Products are lovely but they are basically a drop shipper. The pots I got are made from willow pottery in bath and much cheaper on there own website. I would have just ordered direct from the manufacturer if I'd known.

Aged brass door knobs. I searched for a long time to find knobs which looked like the originals I was replacing and with a good weight. These are perfect. Beautifully made.

I bought the Small Thrapsano Terracotta Pot and Tall Eden Terracotta Pot. When the parcel arrived the Eden pot was damaged. Amy in Customer care was excellent - she organised a pick up of the damaged and new pot to be delivered. I will be shopping from them again. Thank you very much indeed.

Excellent customer service (quick and clear email replies). We absolutely love our new sofa - although delivery took a long time and there was no where to "try" it before buying we are v happy with it.

Ordered two lovely pendant lights from R&W. One of the glass globes had very slight imperfections. Contacted them and Amy quickly sorted out the issue. Highly recommend this company for top notch service.

I love this company so much
I love this company so much. Everything I have purchased from Rowen and Wren becomes a firm favourite and for the price the quality is great and the items always feel really special. Customer service is also wonderful and the one time I had an issue, it got sorted immediately. I have to be careful going on the website as I want everything! I will continue to be a customer as long as they are around :)
