beautifully crafted hardware
Recently fitted the beautifully crafted door handles and loo roll holder supplied by Rowen and Wren. Really happy with my purchasing experience and with the delivery updates and low plastic packaging approach. Would highly recommend Rowen and Wren for high quality architectural detail/ hardware and excellent customer service.

Absolutely beautiful products and handmade. The ethos of the company alignes with my own beliefs. Although delivery costs to Northern Ireland are very expensive, the delivery time was excellent.

We've bought various items from Rowan & Wren and they've all been very good. Delivered quickly and very well packaged. This time it was a large hook to go behind the door in our newly refurbished kitchen and some aged s hooks, both exactly as I expected.

Wonderful website experience
Firstly, the website and the images used from order confirmation to the postcard in the package are so lovely and makes for a fabulous shopping experience.
Secondly, the cupboard handles and knobs are perfect, beautifully rustic and clearly well made.

Great quality
Beautiful mirror, high quality and I really feel it's worth the money. Really really pleased with it and would use this company again, delivery was quick and returns if needed look straightforward.
Could I improve things? Would love to see polystyrene free packaging and some technical details for mounting instructions would be great (for example I had to weigh the mirror on the scales to check how I could safely hang it)

Hi there, we really appreciate you taking the time to post this. We're of course delighted that the mirror was as you hoped, and we do of course make returns (if they're needed) as trouble-free a process as possible.
Polystyrene-free packaging? We couldn't agree more. We are in the midst of a long review of all our packaging, removing plastics where we can. Mirrors, if not packaged really well, we've known to arrive broken and so they are a challenge which we continue to work on. And our product team are hard at work looking through all the supporting information on our site to include data like weights and any other key data we might notice is missing.

Don’t buy outdoor chairs
I bought outdoor chairs from rowen and wren. They lasted less than two years. When I complained, they said read the small print and told me that outdoor chairs shouldn’t be left outdoors!! They charged me to repair them, and then sent me the rope to repair them myself!

Hi Simon, we're genuinely sorry to hear that we've left you so disappointed, we would never have intended for this to be the outcome of your purchase last year. We will ask our accounts team to refund you the cost of the replacement ropes by way of a small token of our apology. We do advise that the Harmen chairs are kept indoors over winter, and I have no doubt that with the help of the new ropes and care instructions these will continue to be a firm summer staple of your garden.
