Round ball handles black bronze
Lovely handles great quality and appearance. Communications were excellent and delivery was quick, attention to packaging was also thorough and sustainable.
Have still to fit these, but confident of Rowen and Wren and also with the product. Would buy again and would recommend the company.

I received my order very quickly and it was beautifully and safely wrapped. Inside was a lovely thank you note ( it means as much to customers who will spend a bit more for quality to be recognised for it as it does to the curators of such beautiful items, that we buy them).

Beautiful product
I really liked how the bathroom bin wasn’t completely open and had a lid with a smaller hole so that you cannot totally see the contents inside. Size is perfect - not too small and not too big. Very well made. More than I was planning to spend on a bathroom bin but I can see it’s going to last a lifetime. Fast shipping as well.

Lovely designs
Lovely designs, purchased a brass candleholder which arrived chipped and scratched which you wouldn't expect given the price, but they sent a replacement quickly. This was also chipped but not as badly, and I didn't have to return the first one so now we have two which look used but still nice, so over all not a bad experience.

Best in show !
From the moment of our first enquiry all the way through to the delivery (which they were very accommodating to reschedule several times !) R&W were great to deal with. It felt like we were dealing with the people who were engaged in the craft as well as those who were selling in onwards.
The quality of the craftsmanship is also superb and I can tell there is a lot of care and love put in to their work. Quality control should be at the core of a company like this so it’s great to see it being exercised.

Beautiful door furniture
Antique brass door furniture was beautiful with a substantial feel and subtle colour. Also beautifully packaged and arrived promptly. The reason for 4 rather than 5 stars was because the fixings were chrome in colour, not antique brass.

This is the second time that I have purchased from this wonderful online company . All very good ! My order arrived and items just as described and identical to the online photographs, carefully wrapped and arrived very quickly with updates on delivery. To my delight they had enclosed a rather lovely postcard print, which was a sweet little touch . Will purchase again from this store .
