I had acrylic infills and gel this morning. Within two hours the gel was wearing off at the tips. I telephoned them and told them they needed redoing and they said come in any time. No apologies for the inconvenience. I have just gone back in and they filed the tips down. I said I wanted them redoing and they told me to come back in two hours, which I can't do.

Great nails shop very flexible friendly technician, the nails are done to a very high standard they last a very long time with no breaking or chipping. Great value for money. Very happy.

Was disappointed due to cuticles in four of my fingers were cut short made them bleed. So my nails look as though I have cuts on my fingers. Sore.

Ich kann die 1sternchen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen, ich bin seit guten 2 Jahren dort Kunde, bisher habe ich nix auszusetzen, sollte es mal nicht so sein wie ich es möchte, einfach nur den Mund aufmachen,
Ich bin zufrieden und bleibe dort

Ich war zum ersten Mal in dem Nagelstudio und bin begeistert.Es ist sehr sauber und ordentlich,sehr nette Bedienung. Es werden schöne Nägel gezaubert in sehr kurzer Zeit. Die Preise sind auch super.

BH18. Went in to book appointment, no receptionist. Asked what I wanted by an employee who shouted from across the shop - I waited for him to come to desk and booked in for my nails to be shaped and lacquered the next week. Arrived for appointment, both nail technicians busy, again asked what I wanted - explained I had an appointment, again asked what for, told to wait, waited, told to come over and sit down, a technician busy with other customer gets up and comes over, after very brief discussion clippers my nails down, roughly files, trims around edges, buffs and sends me to wash my hands. I get ushered to the table where she is working on another customers nails where she dabs on some nail oil (I'm still standing) and says I'm done. Seriously? Also, cash only!

Tried this in Broadstone. Very satisfied with my nails , friendly place will definitely go back

Absolutely disgusted this morning will never use them again
When I arrived I informed them I had a 30 min appointment booked for 10am, this allowed me to return home get changed and get to the airport on time for my flight, the place was very busy which is fine, and businesses cannot afford to turn people away, I appreciate that but what is the point of appointments????? No staff spoke to me and soon it became obvious that it doesn’t matter that you had booked in advance , you would still have to wait your turn and there were a couple of people who were sitting waiting so I left. I’m happy to queue and wait any other time but when you book in advance for a reason and your left sitting what’s the point??? so if anyone plans to use this place don’t bother booking it’s a joke

Jeg gik ind for at få lavet pedicure, det har de overhovedet ikke styr på, hos Royal Nails Cph i Holtemidtpunkt,
Da jeg gik derfra var mine negle revet som om de var kørt hen over et rivejern mine negle var ikke klippet eller slebet,
Jeg vendte tilbage for at få det lavet eller få pengene tilbage, her spurte ejeren mig om hvordan jeg selv ville lave det? han forsøgte at slibe lidt på neglene, og mente de var færdige, hmmm sagde jeg så! hvad med de dybe ridser som var i mine negle, han svaret at det ville forsvinde om nogle dage,
Jeg har det sådan, når jeg vil have pedicure, skal jeg ikke fortælle en såkaldt "negle ekspert" hvordan det skal laves og jeg forventer ensartet negle og pæne i overfladen,,
Det får man IKKE hos Royal Nails CPH Holte midtpunkt.
Mega dårligt arbejde og latterlig dårlig service kommer der aldrig igen.

Wirklich schlimm. Mehrere Verletzungen und hässliches Endresultat. Nicht empfehlenswert!!!

Følte at arbejdet med mine negle blev foretaget sjusket og hurtigt. Der var ingen øjenkontakt med behandler.
Neglene blev ikke renset, det gjorde jeg selv, da jeg kom hjem, ligeledes filede jeg dem symmetriske.

Als erstes musste ich ständig warten. Ich kam dran, dann musste ich wieder weg und eine andere kam dran. Ich habe mehr gewartet als Nägel gemacht.
Zweitens bekam ich nicht das was ich wollte. EIN BISSCHEN kürzen heisst nicht den ganzen Nagel wegfeilen. Dann habe ich das gesagt, und bekam eine freche Antwort zurück sie hätte heue keine Zeit. Ich war schon paar Mal dort und war zu 0% zufrieden. Warten und nicht das bekommen was man möchte. Dazu kommt, dass ich überall geblutet habe. Anstatt das Blut wegzuwischen haben sie einfach weitergemacht.

Didn’t get what I asked for. Manicurist admitted she hadn’t looked at my booking. Nails were messy, cuts on two fingers from over vigorous filing. Gave me a discount but unfortunately won’t be returning.

Royal nails er super professionelle. Jeg er meget tilfreds med mine negle. De er grundige og dygtige.
