This would be ZERO stars had there been an option to do so.
I ordered a lowline kit as a birthday present for my partner on the 15th of June with a 7-10 days lead time.
No updates until this finally arrived on the 9th of July almost a month later!.
Item no longer required so contacts them on Facebook which it the only way you actually receive a reply to be told that inwould have to pay the return costs plus a 15% handling charge.
Company was advised that this was not acceptable and I had called the bank to be told that it would result in me getting a CCJ!
Not actually sure how seen as im the paying customer thats waited almost a month for an order!
If not willing to wait a month and be met with arrogance when trying to contact the i would AVOID like the plague!
Go to maxton or TRC its really not worth trying to save money! You get what you pay for!
