Great service

Firstly Devon was polite and helpful, I received the invoice within just a few minutes of hanging up the phone. It wasn't long after this it was paid and I received confirmation it was being despatched. Despite living in the South Island and Rural I received the package the next day.

Super Fast Trader

Super Fast Trader. I put in the order and just over a day later I am using purchased items. I have saved this website for future use

Delivery quick - initially not good customer service but subsequently accomodating and helpful

Delivery of the product was extremely quick and easy. Initially dealing with customer service on returns of goods felt hard and their initial contact felt unreasonable. Subsequently, I was contacted and customer service were helpful in accommodating the correct headphones to purchase.

The products offered at special price before sending supplied

The products were supplied as described and are excellent. I was disappointed to see all 3 products I purchased were offered at a special price or reduced price before the parcel had been sent to me. I would have hoped I may be considered for some consideration of these specials as they were offered before the product had been sent. Would have been appreciated

'How did we do'

'How did we do'? I have no idea ... as soon as I saw that you use Aramex couriers I knew there would be problems.. they are routinely inept!. Latest information is the package has been sent to Ashburton... it certainly isn't here.

This was shipped from our 3PL who aren't used day to day as NZ Post is our main Courier Provider.
