Quickest delivery since lockdown began last year and competitive prices

Purchased a Garmin 245 Music. Cheaper than anywhere else, ordered on a Friday and arrived Monday morning and I live on the other side of the country. Very please with the entire experience, would use again.

Really impressed with the customer service and delivery was quick and easy for the Garmin 245 Music watch which is excellent

Delivery was excellent of the Garmin watch I ordered, however it is faulty and am currently trying to contact the company through e-mail and phone. I am aware things take a while but it has been 3 1/2 days with no-one answering the phone or replying to e-mails. I have a very upset daughter who just wants her watch to wear! Customer service to follow up requests doesn't seem great.

I found Run4it on google as was looking for a fair priced Garmin Forerunner. Having checked them out on the usual review sites, I placed an order yesterday (Sunday) and to my great delight the watch arrived today (Monday) Coms good ref picking, dispatch and delivery window. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Run4it.

Poor Service
Ordered some trainers which never got delivered, and when I followed up was told the order was cancelled due to an authentication check. I then sent them confirmation of my online banking, with a pdf which confirmed a payment the date and amount of the payment taken. After which I have heard no response for over a week.

Poor Service, will not be ordering from them again.

Amazing customer service by Lauren. Two pairs of shorts arrived instead of shorts and top. A phone call sorted this out promptly. Lauren emailed me and also followed up with a phone call the same afternoon. They also gave me a discount on my original order for the inconvenience,totally unexpected.

Bought myself a forerunner 245, was shocked to see it for sale here £30 cheaper than anywhere else. Ordered it and it arrived 2 days later - absolutely delighted with it! Will definitely shop here again.

I have used Run4it before and have found service and prices excellent. Goods ordered Tuesday evening. Arrived Thursday am. Kept me upto date all the way.
Website is clear and offers great value. Always worth shopping about and new running shoes were cheaper than the manufacturer website..! Don't know how they do it, but keep up the excellent work.

Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Great range of running shoes and excellent equipment for checking you have the shoes that are the right fit for your running gait.

Started running 5 weeks ago, after zero exercise during lockdown and the prospect of working from home indefinitely.
I made an appointment at the Glasgow store to go on the treadmill and get advice on trainers to suit my running style.
An excellent experience, even with additional covid measures instore, and my trainers are like running in slippers!

I bought a Garmin watch online from them in December which developed a fault. I emailed in August for my proof of purchase which I had lost as Garmin needed it. Run4it replied very promptly and offered to sort it out for me, I have sent them the watch free of charge and just received a call to confirm they have received it and that it will be sent to Garmin for repair. Thoroughly impressed with the customer service so far.

Had a problem with some Saucony trail shoes I bought 6 months ago, they advised to return them for inspection. They said they were faulty and offered a refund or different shoe, which I choose and they sent them out really quick. All in all excellent customer service. No hesitation to use them again

Excellent service ! Ordered Nike women’s zoom fly 3 on Sunday evening and received them via DPD today... Tuesday. Made enquiries about delivery yesterday and got a swift response with tracking number.

I purchased a pair of trainers which I returned. Had a couple of conversations with a guy on the phone and my money was refunded promptly. In this time of the crisis and pandemic it was pleasing to see a company still giving good customer service. Although the trainers I purchased at this time were returned, I would definitely shop here again based purely on their customer service levels. No issues at all.

I ordered some trainers which were delivered in a timely manner. However, the fit wasn't right, so I returned them for a refund. I had only wore the trainers indoors and all packaging was returned complete with returns info within the requested timescale. I didn't keep hold of my royal mail tracking number because I've never needed to quote it before. Sadly because I didn't have this, I have not been refunded the £99 for the trainers. This is really disappointing, so please take this into consideration before ordering from Run4It. I won't be using them again or recommending them to others - sorry.
