Hi i would like to thank Liam Campbell and his colleagues for the outstanding support I was given with a complex situation.
Liam was very prompt professional and competent and also took me through the process to a succesfull conclusion at a pace I could follow. Most importantly in the mainly digital world, Liam was very personable and patient where I could have been in limbo with tech. Outstanding customer service
After I asked a series of complex questions, Sharon took down my details and promised a callback. When she rang me back, she thoroughly talked me through every issue and resolved them completely. Sharon demonstrated brilliant professionalism, combined with kindness and a great sense of humour. That is outstanding customer service. My only wish is that I could get the refund sooner

Elle at ‘Safe Deposits Scotland’ … So! for the very first time in all of these 3 years have l been listened to, and taken seriously & sympathised with regarding my being ‘held hostage’ so to speak by a Letting Agency here in Glasgow who refuse to help me.
Elle has been so very proactive indeed in just the last 24 hours! Not only has she managed to reassure me & set up safeguarding surrounding my money, which is vital & being refused to be returned to me by the Letting Agency.
Elle has went above & beyond in THE BEST Customer Care Service that l myself have ever experienced. Believe me, as a previous Customer Service Agent, l can wholeheartedly praise Elle & l highly recommend Safe Deposits Scotland for all of your deposit dealings.
They are professional , transparent & just a great service for everyone. Elle provided me with important information which l was not aware of & I can now be reassured that my money which is still being held (hostage) by said Letting Agency is safe & l can go online at any moment to check on it. Also, if said Letting Agency & or their Landlord whom they represent naughtily attempt to take any of my money, l will receive email notification of any movement & Elle has given me precise information & instructions on how to keep all of my money safe!
Elle has went above & beyond to set me up with online safety measures & for this action alone, after all of these years, it is peace of mind during a seriously traumatic time which l am truly grateful again to Elle for! All of this in just 24 hours too! WoW!
