I really appreciated how quickly I was able to get on the phone with an actual person! The assistant and the end of the line Niamh was absolutely fantastic and managed to get my problem sorted in under ten minutes. Very refreshing considering how often I’ve been on the phone for hours to have no solution awaiting at the end. Excellent from Niamh !

Mandy was great, I found trying to navigate the deposit system online a little tricky. Some details were wrong from the letting agents, Mandy rectified this for me. She is a real credit to Safe Deposits Scotland

Fantastic service
Hi just wanted to say I had fantastic service from a lovely lady named Mandy , I was struggling to get my deposit back online, so I phoned up and Mandy was so helpful and she got my deposit back over the phone. She was so polite. I would definitely recommend Mandy.
