I ordered here and item is awesome. Delivery may take time due to holiday rush but nevertheless I received it. People just need to know they need to track the item too. I mean all customer does that right? Unless some are too lazy to track their package.

This company is scam and they are liars!! It has been over a month and still have yet to receive my order. I tried to cancel my order over email and it was answered with an automated message!!

THEY ARE A SCAM, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.I ordered my items August 10th it’s not September 16th and I never received a package or even a tracking number. I tried to email them no one responded, the number on they website does not work. They are FAKE, no way shipping should take over a month when they suppose to be in NYC and I’m in Philly.

Knowing that I am buying from a knock off website, I thought with the prices at least the products will be decent! Yet they are super bad, ill designed and horrible material. It took 3 weeks to receive my order with noone ever answering from customer service. Sent back the items 2 weeks ago and have not gotten a confirmation email for payment return nor any answers to my emails!!! Such a HORRIBLE business. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Two weeks awaiting a $300+ order. A tracking number that is BOGUS. No actual response from customer service. I don't know how long it's going to take to get my money or the product. But, I would advise anyone thinking about ordering from Saint Chic, DON'T!

People use some common sense. Obviously you are not going to get well made items for these prices. Majority of these xxxxx fashion companies are scams. If their products even came close to matching their great photos they would be well known and have real reviews. Reality matters.

I placed an order for a $45 necklace. On 8/12/21 I was advised that my order was on the way and on 8/29/21 was advised that order was out for delivery but I never received.i reported to Saint chic,( SC) and asked for refund. A few days letter I was advised by USPS package was undeliverable due to incomplete address, I confirmed address with SC, it was correct. I was then advised package was sent back to sender, SC advised I should f/u with USPS, I did by submitting a formal complaint but package was already sent back. I then again asked SC for refund . It was at this time they stopped communicating with me nor did they refund me. I would call them thieves. It has been a horrible experience

It’s so easy for anyone to write a review here. How is this credible? If a customer really has an issue, pretty sure they contact the company. This page is not even verified by the SAINT CHIC company.

It’s funny. Reminds me of how I see people complaining on the RING surveillance app about people stealing their packages. Why are they doing that instead of calling the police and showing THEM the evidence??

They just want to be seen and heard rather than solve the actual problem.

If you’re a real customer who has a problem with an actual order, you should probably contact the company. I’m sure the will help you out.

People only leave reviews here when they are angry about life in general. When their order issue is resolved, do they come back and update the review? No. Nope. Never.

We have a customer service team and a returns process. Should you make a purchase and it not be to your satisfaction, you have options with SAINT CHIC. We ALWAYS want our customers to have a great experience.

Some issues are out of our control, yet, we still maintain the goal of resolution.

Coming to trust pilot and writing a FAKE review is what TrustPilot wants so that we, the company, will buy a subscription to their service.

If you’re a REAL customer, look out for our review email and you can leave a real review. We actually value the review process because it lets us know what a our customers think of us and where we can improve.

Ordered a $35 straw hat. It was delivered in a shipping envelope and crushed out of shape. I can find no way to get it back in shape so I wasted money on this purchase.

Note: at least one of the reviewers here, Gingie McLeod, works for SaintChic lol. She was in the email chain. What a sham!

SaintChic sent a damaged product. I took photos, and they promised a new one.

When I reached out for a new one, they never replied. I followed up four times before reaching out over Instagram, at which point they blocked me.

Also, their email unsubscribe seems to forget I unsubscribed every year :)

Shady business indeed.

Ordered 400.00 worth of items. Said shipped but it didn't actually ship for weeks. Then I get notice my whole order was delivered. Only two sun visors arrived No shirt, no hat, no custom pendants, etc. really poor processing communications and fulfillment.

What a complete disappointment.

I DON'T KNOW ABOUT FAST OR RELIABLE WHEN DESCRIBING THIS BUSINESS. I SPECIFICALLY WAS IN CONTACT REGULARLY WTH THE OWNER OR CUSTOMER SERVICE OR WHOMEVER BECAUSE I WAS PURCHASING A HAT FOR MY DECEASED AUNT TO WEAR AT HER FUNERAL SERVICE AND YOU FAILED ME. YOU SAID THE ITEM WAS SHIPPED YET ACCORDING TO TRACKING IT WAS NEVER SENT FOR A WEEK I CHECKED. WELL I SENT AN EMAIL AND TOLD YOU I ORDERED ANOTHER HAT FOR THE FUNERAL SERVICE THAT ARRIVED IN 2 DAYS AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I OPENED A PAY PAL DISPUTE AND YOU A**HOLES SAID THAT THE SHIPMENT WAS TRACKING AND STILL SENT THE ITEM AFTER I SAID I DON'T WANT IT ANY LONGER AND WANT MY MONEY BACK. WHAT GOOD IS IT TO ME NOW THAT THE FUNERAL AND PURPOSE IS GONE. YOU HAVE MY $45 DOLLARS AND I WANT IT BACK PERIOD. NOW THAT YOU SHIPPED ITEM I WOULD HAVE TO PAY TO SHIP IT BACK AND OPEN ANOTHER CASE TO GET A REFUND. WHAT A JOKE YOU ARE. Ordered 2 items in Dec. partial order arrived end of Jan. Item contained a fedora hat which arrived crushed, brim bent, and a smelly odor. Contacted merchant several times who suggested that I take an iron to straighten out the brim. I was furious with this ridiculous suggestion & let them know. Still didn’t address non delv of 2nd item. Don’t bother with this company, worst customer service ever. SCAM

Very easy order process, timely delivery and was super happy with my purchase when I received it!
