don’t usually take the time to leave reviews, but my experience today left me utterly shocked and compelled to share. As I walked past a boutique, I politely declined the offer for a free cream. To my disbelief, one of the male staff members retaliated with a crude insult in French: “Nique ta mere.”

Luckily, I understood exactly what he said and made it clear that I did. To my surprise, he showed no remorse, almost reveling in his rude behavior. It’s astonishing to think that someone working in a boutique would insult a passerby simply for saying, “no thank you.”

Isn’t it reasonable to expect mutual respect as adults? Experiences like this make me question the kind of environment these places promote. I genuinely hope someone from the boutique sees this and addresses the conduct of their staff

méthode de vente racoleuses. Devant l'hésitation de vente, la vendeuse annonce que le produit est en promotion cette semaine et propose de faire une remise exceptionnel. Sur le site que j'ai trouvé et que je ne sais pas s'il est officiel. Les prix sont en livre. Je ne trouve pas le produit que j'ai pris donc je suis grandement mitigée

Great Products, Intense Sales Experience

Like many others, I was first drawn into the store by the passion fruit salt scrub demonstration. At first, I wondered if I had been pressured into buying it, but to my surprise, I loved the product even more once I got home.

I’ve since returned to buy more, this time with intent. The sales staff are very enthusiastic—sometimes overly so—but they are friendly. Their approach to selling can feel intense, and I think that cultural difference is why some people walk away feeling uneasy or even scammed.

That said, I genuinely love the products and will continue to purchase the scrub because it works wonders for my skin. While the sales tactics may not be for everyone, the quality of the products speaks for itself.

Venta agresiva , con manipulación y engaño.

Esta mañana he pasado por Sakaré, Rue st. Honore en Paris. Me ha abordado un chico y después de hacerme una prueba de un exfoliante de cuerpo en las manos , cuál es mi sorpresa que me ofrece otro peeling de cara de 95€ , y me dice que si me lo llevo , me regala la crema y el exfoliante de cuerpo , y sin darme cuenta ya lo había metido en la bolsa.
Al llegar a casa veo que los regalos no son los que me ha probado. Uno no es de la marca Sakaré y otro no es el aroma que me ha probado.
Me siento un poco tonta y engañada , después de gastarme 95€ en un peeling que no tiene nada de especial. Si no se me compro otra firma.
Venta agresiva , no repetiré. 😌

Feeling fooled.

Feeling fooled.
Should have known if somethings too good to be true it usually is.
After being asked twice to come into store we did and was demonstrated the salt scrub and lotion on our hands. After a while of it being on and arriving at home by hands feel hot and sore.
My husband was asked if she could try an under eye product which was a lie and had make up in. It started to wear off and crumble under his eyes so we used a wipe and make up come off onto the wipe. Luckily we didn’t buy this.
We did buy an exfoliating face product which I am too scared to try. I told her I have sensitive skin so won’t be risking this after reading other reviews.
The prices kept changing and more and more deals were offered to us which seemed odd.
I paid by credit card and will be returning these products and hope to get my money back.

Scam shop, poor products

Unfortunately, my husband got scammed before Christmas, buying me over £250 worth of beauty products that are very poor quality and not what you see as samples in the store. The packaging is cheap, ingredients is basically what you could buy from a supermarket for £2. They are clever as a lot of people going in the store are tourists so unlikely to return the items. The receipt we have is wrong and they said that at the time (made a mistake, but clearly this is tactic). Keep to the brands you know and stay away. I'm reporting them to trading standards.

On my way to lunch in Covent…

I was on my way to lunch in Covent Garden and a lovely chap was giving out samples. He demonstrated the handcare products and OMG I have never felt such luxury. The quality is amazing and he put the puffiness corrector under my eyes and instantly you noticed the difference, tight skin minimal wrinkles. I'm hooked. I can't wait for my next visit. The staff are so kind and knowledgeable, excellent service.

Décevant

Bonjour J'ai comme beaucoup acheté la crème pour les poches et rides sous les yeux. Sur le moment l'effet est visible !
Mais on ne peut pas se maquiller après l'application, si non l'efficacité disparaît !!!
Donc aucun intérêt pour moi.
L'arnaque est dans le prix et dans l'accroche de vente .

Vente forcée

Comme beaucoup d’autres clientes, je me suis fait alpaguer rue Saint-Honoré par une vendeuse très souriante mais qui ne m’a pas lâchée pendant 15 min, me faisant essayer tout un tas de produits soit disant miraculeux.
Je suis repartie avec 2 kits pour les mains soit disant pour le prix d’un (pour la coquette somme de 70 euros). J’ai réalisé après coup qu’en additionnant les prix annoncés séparément, je n’arrivais pas du tout aux 70 euros du kit. Je me suis sentie obligée d’acheter ne sachant pas comment me défaire de cette vendeuse super insistante. J’avoue avoir le sentiment très désagréable d’une vente forcée.
J’assume j’avais la possibilité de dire « non merci » mais je n’ai pas réussi.
Arrivée à la maison en testant mon kit… l’huile à cuticules est totalement liquide et la composition de la crème n’est pas du tout bio.
Je suis plus que déçue.

Fantasisch

Alexandra Ardeleleanu hat us bedient ich bin sehr zufrieden. Das war in Mall of Berlin da hat sie uns augesprochen. Sie hat uns wirklich briliant bedient und sie ist eine sehr nette Frau. Sie hat mit meiner Mutter englisch gesprochen ich habe zwar nicht viel verstanden aber sie machte wirklich einen fantasischen eidruck. Ich bin begeistert von den Produkten und ich empfehle es wirklisch stark weiter.

they are very aggressive and stop everyone, they tried to sell me a product from 60 euros to 35 saying it was a discount but it wasn't. everything is a masquerade there and please try to avoid the store.

Arnaque et faux effets miracles

Arnaque et faux effets miracles.

On vous attire dans le magasin en faisant du racolage (1e signe d'une technique de vente agressive), on teste des soins sur nos mains, puis une sorte de peeling qui se dit magique. Effectivement, dès l'application on voit des "peaux mortes" se créer. Ne vous faites pas avoir, ce ne sont pas du tout des peaux mortes mais un effet du produit. Si vous passez le peeling sur un bout de plastique vous verrez exactement les mêmes résultats (faux, donc).

Pire - on vous dit "ce jour uniquement" une promo intéressante. C'est une technique typique. Tous les jours il y a les soit disant promotions. Au moment de partir sans rien acheter, notre vendeuse baisse encore les prix pour nous faire craquer.
Les prix sont très élevés mais ils vous "offrent" plein de produits sur le côté. Ces produits sont de très mauvaise qualité et dangereux. Vous pouvez les retrouver sur ali express.

Ne vous faites pas avoir!!!

Boutique a fuir ! Arnaque

Je passais devant la boutique de la Rue d'Antibes à Cannes et je me suis fait alpaguée par un vendeur sur le trottoir qui m'a proposé un échantillon gratuit puis il m'a proposé un gommage pour les mains. Un vendeur très actif façon foire de Paris. Il réussi à me vendre une crème a 190e a la place de 340e. je crois faire une bonne affaire et j'ai vite l'impression de m'être faire avoir. Finalement la crème pique le contour des yeux dans aucun effet. Une vraie arnaque!

Fuyez, grosse arnaque !

Fuyez, grosse arnarque ! Des vendeuses très / trop souriantes vous appâtent avec un échantillon, vous hésitez, elles insistent, vous rentrez et là, plus une seconde pour penser ni dire un mot. C’est le défilé des tests de gommages et autres crèmes, vous avez rien compris que vous repartez avec des cosmétiques dont vous n’avez pas besoin et qui s’avèrent être nocives pour la santé. Ignorez les, passez votre chemin. Ce sera mieux pour votre peau et votre porte-monnaie !

Scam Scam SCAM

Scam Scam SCAM - these people LIE - illegal for SURE 
Was given a free sample on the street and persuaded by a lovely lady outside the store to come in and try some products. So far so good. 
Didn’t check the sample at the time, but after leaving the shop saw it was a completely different brand and product, cheap as chips full of parabens and toxic chemicals (I know this as I have a background in science). 
So, first is the pushy and aggressive sales tactics. Lady is bombarding us with information, all of which is without substance when questioned. I use organic and cruelty free products and she lied about the products being natural and lied about the products being allergen safe - I looked at the ingredients and found parrafin, BHT and other worrying chemicals. I pointed these out and they were glossed over and not addressed. 
She clearly had a sales script; we moved swiftly from nails, to washing hands, to trying about 4 different products extremely quickly and without checking with us if it was ok - before we said yes it was smeared on our hands. It was too much and violated our personal space. 
As if this wasn’t bad enough, enter the supposed ‘owner’ dressed in a blue raincoat (?!?!) to give us his sales pitch. Help. 
It started with excessive flattery, at the same breakneck speed as the lady. He reduced his prices almost instantly by more than half which screamed bad quality and desperate sale. He tried to bamboozle us with words but when questioned about the skin peel and it’s supposed ‘enzyme's’ he simply jokingly said ‘I can give you the name of Dr Bush’. Not knowing your products as the OWNER is a huge no no! 
Then clearly annoyed at the questions, he decided to tell my mother (who has amazing skin) she has bags under her eyes and she ‘needs’ eye cream. Then when she asked what was in it he said she probably couldn’t afford it anyway! Needless to say we were shocked and departed promptly!!
The worst shopping experience EVER! Can’t imagine buying their products (although it would appear from reviews you don’t even get the ‘real’ products anyway)!!!!! 
Steer clear, don’t waste your time, money or energy! And certainly avoid if you don’t want to get insulted!!!!

Un vendeur vous attire dans la boutique avec des échantillons gratuits. Soit. L’embrouille commence ici. Il vous présente un kit pour les ongles et vous les lustre avec une lime spéciale. Il prend une crème pour les mains, dont il me garantit qu’elle est d'excellente composition, la passe sur Yuka et me montre un 100%. Il me vante la marque, me jure qu’ils ne travaillent qu’avec des produits naturels. Je suis très pressée, le vendeur très poussif et je finis par céder en achetant un kit. Et elle m’a fait un gaummage pour les main qu’il m’a fait des brûlures dans mes mains Une fois chez moi j’ai les remarquer , et je rescanne la crème sur Yuka et me rends compte qu’elle est notée 2 sur 100!
Vraiment je me sens arnaquée avec des brûlures sur ma peau de mes mains

Une fois chez moi, je repense à cette expérience dans cette boutique et je pressens que qqch cloche. Je sors la crème du kit, je ne sais pourquoi, je rescanne la crème sur Yuka et me rends compte qu’elle est notée 2 sur 100!
Pas moyen de joindre la boutique, je finis par trouver le numéro de qqun qui parle un français extrêmement approximatif et qui ne nie pas que ce qui l’a été vendu est de mauvaise qualité.
J’ai exigé un remboursement. Ces méthodes sont inadmissibles.
