Before I place the order I ask them how long will take to receive a alarm wire?
They said If you order within 15 minutes you will receive in one day.
I did ordered and after six days the package was delivered some where in "mail room".
I call them and ask for refund, they said package was delivered to your door.
Thanks to that photo which is not matching to my front door.
I hope they refund without any problem.
But this is my last business with them.
They lied to me on the phone.

The website plainly states free shipping and free returns. The product we ordered did not work. Only when we called did we find out we have to pay for shipping back and then only will receive a partial refund. Very poor customer service. Next time, we'll buy from Amazon or another source. Never again with this company.

Works really well for the installation for a projector. Love that it's so long..50ft..perfect for what we needed it for. Great picture quality.

Item arrived broke. Seller would not replace item with a new item. Seller wanted to glue a waterproof item and call it fixed. Terrible customer service. Will never buy from this company again. I suggest you buy elsewhere for your Satellite needs. If you want good customer service and non broken products order from Sadoun Satellite. They have excellent customer service, prices, and products. Much better than these losers.
