I totally recommend this company to everyone as i guarantee their customer service is second to none.
We purchased a vintage walker wagon for our grandsons birthday and when we were building it i was missing a part, we contacted Charlotte and the customer service team as it was urgently required and without hesitation they couriered a whole new toy for us on the next day delivery as it was quicker then trying to source the bits i needed.

I ordered an item that I had hoped to receive in time for my daughter’s 1st birthday at the weekend but I had a mix up at the checkout. I emailed customer service for help and received a reply within minutes. The team ensured that the gift was sent out that day and it arrived in plenty of time for the occasion. The toy is beautiful. I accidentally ordered two children's wooden vegetable cutting sets when I only wanted one, but realised only after payment was taken. I explained my mistake in an email. The company immediately amended my order and arranged appropriate refund. They took action immediately and with friendly personal contact. These days, that's exceptional customer service.

I ordered a few products on the scandiborn website which arrived with some small problems (one of the items had snapped and some others were flimsy). Customer service (Nicola) was so quick to reply to me and solved the problem right away by organising a replacement. The best customer service I’ve ever had from a company, thanks so much! :)

Great experience with scandiborn and their customer service team. I initially put the wrong delivery address in and the team were extremely prompt and corrected the address for me. Will defo use this company again.

After placing an order I noticed part of the address was wrong for delivery. I emailed and requested the change and confirmation it had been done. Received confirmation very quickly in a personal email.

Fantastic company with wonderful customer service!

The baby toys looked really great and when I had omitted the delivery address while purchasing, customer service was easy to access (response to order confirmation email) and they resolved things within 5 minutes.

We bought a train set for one of our grandchildren for Christmas. One piece was broken (likely in transit).
The customer service team were extremely helpful and arranged for a replacement part which arrived promptly.

After being a little hesitant at first about using Scandiborn. I can now say after purchasing from them on two separate occasions and the handling of receiving a damaged item in our first order, that I am extremely impressed with their customer service. The products are beautiful and although I had an issue with a misprint on my item, Charlotte was very quick to help and didn’t hesitate to try to find a solution.
