Ho comprato degli abiti per mio figlio, purtroppo ho dovuto avviare il reso in quanto piccoli. L’azienda è scomparsa, non risponde, anche se è ancora possibile fare acquisti sul sito on line.
STATE ATTENTI NON COMPRATE ASSOLUTAMENTE!!
Io ho acquistato con PayPal, che ha avviato subito il reclamo.Spero di riuscire a riavere i soldi indietro tramite PayPal.

Impossible de faire un retour depuis le site internet, le site ne semble plus fonctionner, mon numéro de commande et mon adresse mail ne sont pas reconnus, tous les magasins en France sont fermés, impossible de contacter quelqu'un pour m'aider, ils ne répondent pas aux messages sur Messenger... Double peine pour moi : non seulement je veux retourner une chemise qui est trop grande mais en plus ils ont laissé l'anti-vol (invendable). Suis-je le seul à espérer trouver une solution ou d'autres personnes sont dans le même cas que moi ?

Company has gone to the dogs since VC takeover. Quality is terrible, customer service non existent. Long time Scotch and Soda customer no more.

..habe am 10.6.24 Ware retourniert, bis heute keine Nachricht erhalten, angeblich Insolvenz über eine neue Webseite wird weiter verkauft, mein Kundenkonto existiert einfach nicht mehr...es erfolgt keine Erstattung des Kaufpreises, was für ein Betrug, was kann ich jetzt tun ?

Bestelling teruggestuurd naar Hoofddorp, nog steeds geen refund ontvangen. (14 juni).

Klantenservice is niet te bereiken en geen reactie op een gestuurde mail.

Katastophale Reklamationsabwicklung - Keine Erstattung, angeblich kein Reklamationsgrund (Streifen auf Poloshirt)

Habe mir im Abstand von einem halben Jahr zwei Jeans bestellt. Beide haben nach maximal drei Wäschen Löcher an Nahtstellen, eine Jeans riss im Schrittbereich vorne entlang der Fasern mehrfach ein. Sieht aus als würde sich das elastische Material zwischen den Jeansfasern auflösen. Ich habe mich hierzu per Mail an den Kundenservice und warte seit 2 Wochen auf eine Antwort.

J'aimerai vous partager une photo d'une paire de chaussure. Des baskets achetés par ma compagne. Portées une seule fois. Une pluie et un rincage plus tard, le couleur du "daim" noir coule et décolore les partie blanches, une horreur! Bref, un paire de chaussure de très mauvaise qualité!!
J'ai pas ailleurs plusieurs vêtements S&S, c'est un peu cher pour la qualité, mais j'étais confiant avec cette marque, jusqu'à aujourd'hui!!! Faites donc attention avec les sneakers!

however they have some good looking clothing, nice personnel and beautiful stores, their clothing is from the poorest quality I have ever bought in my entire life.

For example: I bought a nice looking 80 euro a pair of trousers. it was fine at first but after washing them they had already shrunk from a straight fit to skinny. I also bought a T-shirt who suffered the same faith after being washed accordingly to the washing descriptions....

If you want your clothing to last, I would advice you to buy somewhere else in a store that isn't based on an overpriced fast-fashion concept.

I don't know where else to grieve... we are a swimwear supplier for Scotch & Soda, last year we were convinced to air goods at our expense and now their company simply do not reply us on our goods payment... their hog kong office just simply ignoring us and acting very irresponsible... .when they definitely new their company are in trouble yet, convince us to ship and air goods at our cost. what kind of company is this ??

Worst return policy ever ⛔️

There was a sheet of paper inside the package I received with an address in case I needed to return an item. I had to pay almost 10€ to return my order (it was the first time in my life I had to pay to return something!).
But the worst part is that the address was WRONG! So my package came back where I live but was lost on its way... (another problem, this time from the post system)

The customer service is absolutely useless and doesn't help at all. They didn't even admit their mistake, didn't apologize and didn't offer a proper solution.

For sure I won't buy anything from Scotch&Soda again, I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered...

Sachez que si vous achetez en ligne chez Scotch and Soda, vous ne pouvez pas faire de retour en boutique , pour un achat de plus de 50 euros le retour postal vous coutera près de 17 euros pour les Pays-Bas.

The sweatshirt sweater vest arrived in a timely manner and looked nice out of the package. There was a tag attached saying the fabric was "delicate" and needed to be handled carefully. Within several hours of wearing, the fabric was pilling and thread pulling. Terribly disappointed.

Peu de monde en boutique à Nantes et pour autant personne à vous conseiller un samedi vers 16h30. Quand on demande la taille M pour une chemise, c’est le no mans land. Bref nul de chez nul.

Terrible customer service!

I ordered a pair of jogger pants online on 1/25/24. On 2/7 I reached out as I had not heard anything or received any shipping information. They failed to process the order. I received a package from them on 2/15 and it turned out to be a faux leather corset dress (obviously not the jogger pants I ordered). I reached out to customer service to inform them of the error. They asked me to return the item and told me they wouldn’t be able to send me the pants I ordered as they are now out of stock. I sent the item back on 2/17, for which I had to pay for packaging! (As if it was my fault they sent me a dress.)

On 2/27 I reached out about my refund and was told that I just “needed to wait the 10-14 days” for them to process it.

Here I am on 3/14 without my money. They are happy to sell you oversized, poor quality, and even sell you something you never ordered in an attempt to get your money and hold onto it for as long as possible! Grade F- company.

In Wijnegem shopping center langsgeweest voor een jeans met hemd. Daar er een actie stond 2stuks -10%, 3stuks -20% zijn we op zoek gegaan naar een mooie trui voor de dochter. Zó gekozen, zo betaald. Dachten we… blijkbaar was de korting enkel op de trui & niet op de nieuwe collectie . Stond nochtans nergens vermeld.. verkoper riep collega erbij, probeerde nogmaals met nog steeds de minieme korting. Gingen even kijken naar de actie en moesten toegeven dat het niet correct vermeld stond. Jammer. Daar moesten we’t mee doen. Een €40 meer moeten betalen dan beloofd. Met een wrang gevoel achtergebleven. Misleidende actie!

Ich habe vor einiger Zeit etwas bei Scotch & Soda gekauft. Da war alles in Ordnung.
Jetzt habe ich eine neue Hose bestellt. Da wurde mir ein falsches Modell geliefert. Kann passieren.
Aber, obwohl da der Fehler also eindeutig bei Scotch & Soda liegt, ziehen die 2,95 Versandkosten für die Rücksendung ab. Nie wieder.

I purchased a medium bomber jacket almost $200 from this terrible company which I don’t recommend anyone shops here because they don’t care about the customer just money. I asked if I can get a different size a large! Not my money back just a different size and they refused. They send me millions of messages to pressure me to buy something and I did just to be taken advantage of. I called customer service and they were even worse and did not help me in anyway. This is by far the worse customer service I have ever received since being put on this earth! If I could give negative stars I would. I don’t recommend anyone buying from this greedy company. They do not care about their customers who keeps this disgusting brand going.

Een nieuwe zwart broek heeft stof die alle haren aantrekt.
Klantenservice zegt dat ik maar een roller moet gebruiken. Hi was dat maar de oplossing! Helaas ik nu nergens zitten of staan en mijn klacht wordt niet serieus genomen. Dure Broek ligt in de kast nu.
