The items from the online shop are low-quality copies. You can tell they’re items from an outlet shop. I spent over 1k on these items because they were on sale, but once I received them, I was shocked by how poor the quality is. Even the sizes are a bit off. It’s a scam.

Echange gratuit impossible.
Je ne commanderai plus chez SCOTCH & SODA dont j'apprécie pourtant la qualité !

although the fits can be a little hard to understand sometimes.

Reklamationen werden abgelehnt, obwohl das T-Shirt bei Kauf beschädigt wurde. Der Schaden wurde erst später entdeckt.

Scotch & Soda went bankrupt and in May they were taken over by a brand consolidator called "Bluestar Alliance". They are still selling clothes as "Scotch & Soda" but all of their business practices have changed - the physical stores are closing, you cannot return online purchases for free anywhere - they don't give you a return label and you also can't take the stuff back to a store (even if the store is still open). It's a horrible shopping experience, to have no idea if something will fit well or not, and then pay a huge sum to return it.

The website has subtly changed over to a new ecommerce platform and they have subtly changed a lot of the text that used to appear on their returns policy - BE CAREFUL IF YOU HAVE BEEN A LONG TIME CUSTOMER - THERE IS NO WARNING ANYWHERE ABOUT THE NEW RULES.

I returned a package 3 weeks ago and they seemed to have lost it. If the refund doesn't come today I will just dispute the charge on my credit card.

Unfortunately this experience means that I have to stop buying Scotch & Soda clothes, which is very disappointing and frustrating to me, because I have loved these clothes for years and a significant portion of my wardrobe is from this brand.

But these nasty new business practices are unacceptable.

This brand consolidator did the same thing to other brands, like Hurley - which Nike used to own - and now you will notice on the Hurley site, there is no way to return things without costly fees, etc. This is their business model.

Bestelling geplaatst, niks ontvangen. Bij telefonisch contact krijg je te horen dat er geen bestelling is binnengekomen. Schermafbeeldingen gestuurd van bestel bevestiging en betaling via iDeal, moet er een onderzoek worden gestart. Ik ben bang dat mijn geld weg is maar ik mijn bestelde kleding ook op mijn buik kan schrijven.

Kaufe seit Jahren die Kleidung weil mir der Stil gefällt aber bei (ausnahmslos) allen TShirts von S&C habe ich nach 6 Monaten Löcher unter den Armen wobei TShirt die ich seit 5 Jahren habe von anderen Marken keine Probleme machen. Verarbeitung scheint mangelhaft zu sein

Les retours sont payants malgré ce qui est annoncé sur leur site (retour gratuits).
20€ pour les Pays-Bas !!
J'en ai fait la remarque au service clientèle, capture écran à l'appui, et le lendemain les mentions avaient disparues, sans prendre en charge ma demande.
Je me sens "utilisé" dans un moment comme celui, et je n'ai plus confiance en la marque.

Their policies and customer service communication are very frustrating. They do not allow you to return clothes in the store, and I spent $23 to mail the items back. Customer Service claimed that this policy was always in place, but the workers at the store said it was a new rule. I am fairly certain they then lost my return which was valued at $266, so I lost $300 in this process. This company is going through a change in leadership and are clearly unorganized. Employees did not help me resolve this or take any ownership for the issue.

Les retours sont maintenant à nos frais, 15€ minimum pour renvoyer au Pays-Bas, inadmissible 🤬

Paar weken geleden pakketje retour gestuurd. Nog steeds geen geld terug ontvangen. Terugbetaling duurt wel erg lang, terwijl het pakketje al lang geleverd is.

I haven’t received refund for over 400$ for the staff I sent back and they actually confirmed that received over a month ago. They don’t reply to my emails and calls …

Don't buy from there online store, they will sendnyou trash quality clothes. It's very very different then the quality in the store. I bouth for 400$ $hit tissue t-shirt completely diff from the store quality ones. May karma give you cancer 🙏

Leuke, vrolijke en mooie kleding van hoge kwaliteit. Ook zijn de medewerkers erg aardig+behulpzaam.

I order a pair of jeans.
They did not fit me so I returned the item.
The message I received from the courier was that they did not accept the packet with the jeans.
I contact costumer service and they told me to send a picture when I had it back.
After a long while I received it back.
I send them a picture of the package and everything was correct.
They send me a message telling me they went bankrupt 3 days ago and because of that they are no longer receiving returns.
The funny thing is: when they got the item 6 weeks before and they did not accepted it they already knew what was about to happen.
Returns on scotch and soda are paid by costumer, in these case 16€ from Portugal to Holland. During those 6 weeks I bought other jeans from the site and everything went well.
Most of all this is totally unacceptable.
This was a robbery!

La société a fait faillite, reprise par un groupe americain, les retours contrairement a leur message sur l’application ne sont plus gratuits, mais sont payants, 20 euros depuis la France pour un envoi aux Pays-Bas.. je vous laisse juge

I' mailed my return to scotch and soda, i see they received my return package...but I don't see a refund and I don't get any response when I leave messages or emails. I am beyond frustrated and feel like I was robbed of over $200.00.
