They were originally one of the few…
They were originally one of the few Australian platforms that allowed for easy US trades. Since then they are now nowhere near as competitive as other platforms and charge a premium to trade. When withdrawing funds the process is lengthy and you receive little to no communication except from automated emails.
Support and communication when you actually need them is slow and painful when you need it.

In terms of USD to AUD withdrawals, these are typically processed by the next business day, or the following business day if submitted after 2pm.
That said, we recognise your concerns around support and communication. If you have a specific case or reference number, we’d really appreciate you sharing it with us directly so we can review what happened and work to improve your experience.

I contacted the support team and they were able to provide me with bank transaction reports for US and AU which the accountant required for tax reporting.

I like the ease of uploading documents and account application.
There is a mismatch of advised time to get the account running versus when it actually happens which can be frustrating if you miss a market opportunity while it is being activated.
