Low fees, great website, useful chat service
Low transaction fees mean less leakage of funds. Web site is very easy to navigate and makes buying and selling simple. Online chat is quick and helpful.

Prompt Assistance when I encountered problems
I had problems with my Chess Sponsor having the incorrect information. I was amazed that SelfWealth were so prompt in answering emails (within 10 mins) and gave me directions on how to correct the problem. They followed up when they received the form I needed to complete and followed up again when I had another query. It's not often now when businesses are so responsive. 5 star I think.
