Finally our table has been replaced.
I am fully aware that these things happen and it was not the fault with the product that angered me, it was lack of response to emails and the abruptness when I finally got a response. I'm am pleased the issue is now resolved and am more than happy with the product itself. I would suggest that they brush up on their after care and customer service skills.

Firstly, I hate leaving bad reviews. I keep seeing all of these great reviews and would love to give a great review myself but unfortunately I cannot. The product itself is great, the delivery was great, the price was great and communication regarding delivery was great. However it would appear that the problems start when you have an issue/fault with a product. We had a fault with our table top less than three weeks after it was delivered. I emailed them and to be fair they did respond to my first email quickly, agreeing that the fault should not have occurred and assuring me that they would resolve the issue but I would need to give them some time to organise someone to come out, more than a week later, still no response to my inital email or the further three emails that I sent chasing this. Not quite sure how much time they expect me to give them but this ridiculous. Good business is not just good products but good customer service and theirs is shocking. They responded to other bad reviews saying email us with the problem and we WILL resolve it, which is what I have done. Seems like once they have your money, they no longer care. Which is quite frankly a disgusting attitude to have. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The furniture we have bought from this company is absolutely fantastic. It is exactly as they describe and actually feels even more comfortable and looks better than it does in pictures. The delivery was expertly completed. Like other reviews here on this site, I do feel this company gets a bit of a bad rap and some of it is very unfair. However,I do see how they can get themselves in difficulty as the communication prior to delivery was not very well handled. I only had a response when I contacted them, when both the 4 week and the six week delivery estimates had come and gone. Sadly, until I threatened to pull my order, I had no idea of a delivery date, which they did keep to. No apology was ever offered for the lateness or for the lack of communication. Guys, if you could fix this small but really important issue of communicating with your customers, especially when they have had to pay in full, in advance, you would hardly ever have a complaint. Your furniture is absolutely wonderful, and terrific value for money and I would heartily recommend you. But please fix your communication

Am completely puzzled why this company has poor reviews. I appreciate that everyone's expectations are different as can be their experience. From my own experience..... WOW!! Simple to order goods at incredible prices. Enquiries were answered quickly and politely both via email and telephone - Thank you Vicky and Karen also for your patience with my hiccup with the payment. The option to pay in cash is another plus point. Appx 4 weeks delivery time which was clearly stated at time of ordering. Received text message a few days before delivery to let me know the exact delivery day. Table received this morning. Lovely, friendly delivery guy (sorry never thought to ask your name) who carried table down 100' garden in the rain without any complaint then proceeded to attach all necessary parts together. Actually prefer that they deliver their own goods themselves rather than using a courier though it obviously makes for a very long and tiring day for the driver.
Ordered a 6' garden table & am over the moon with it! Looks exactly like the picture. Good heavy solid table and love the fact that it has been hand made by a British company and safely delivered in person. Cannot recommend SGF highly enough.

I purchased a garden chair and a small table, and I am very pleased with both - they are very sturdy and well finished.

Delivery was made in the fourth week after ordering, but I do live the opposite end of England to them and they deliver themselves, which no doubt keeps their prices down.

The chair and the table are excellent value, and the wait was well worth it.

Delivery is not going to be instantainous! They BUILD and DELIVER it themselves!

I placed my order via ebay and i emailed them as its says to in the description. I then got an email a few weeks later to notify me of the delivery day! Tbh i wasnt expecting it so quick!

Could not reccomend them enough!

I bought the 2 bench, 2 seater, table set. I am absolutely delighted with it. Beautiful set, very good quality. The guy that delivered very polite and helpful. Communication can be a bit sketchy, but clearly they are very busy. Highly recommend.

Dreadful service. Delivered was supposed to be last Sunday but no sign and very vague customer service ‘oh we don’t know if it was delivered’ will check and if not delivered phone us monday tea time.
You need to have records of what you are doing and proof you did deliver. Maybe it ended at someone else’s house?!!
Broken language and strange style in messages making me think this company is a scam. I ordered via Amazon so raised concerns etc.
Don’t expect I’ll see the furniture or my money back but will be making this as public as possible if I don’t have my money refunded by the end of this week.
Do not buy from this company!!!

Ordered table and 4 chairs, was told it would be approx 3 weeks for delivery. Delivered within 3 weeks, beautiful furniture, very well made, sturdy, looks amazing. All ready assembled, the driver put the table top together on arrival. Can't fault anything, would highly recommend

Once purchased the delivery date is very long and when the furniture is due to be delivered the company change the delivery date again and make you wait even longer and come up with excuse after excuse .
They have no intentions of delivering your order as after reading other reviews on this company this has happened to many other customers . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE

What i hoped for turned out evan better table and chairs fabulous thankyou

We chose and ordered our garden furniture (3 benches, 3 chairs, a dining table and a coffee table) in late February and prepared for a long wait due to the current situation. However, despite being told it might take up to six weeks it arrived yesterday, less than four weeks from ordering. We were blown away by the quality and sturdiness of the furniture, particularly as it was significantly cheaper than a lot of other wooden furniture we had seen. When it arrived the two delivery men were very pleasant and extremely helpful, and the whole process was swift and efficient. I was also delighted that they assembled the table, which probably would have taken us ages! I would heartily recommend Staffordshire Garden Furniture to anyone looking for this type of garden furniture

we ordered this table & chairs early so that we could have full use over the summer! great communication was told that my order would be with us iwithin 2 weeks (and it was) the delivery men delivered to our location & put the table base together (chairs were already made) they also advised what preservative to use, we are very happy with our purchase just waiting for the sun to shine

Absolute appalling customer service chairs have split an the table legs have split also emailed them multiple times an no response!

I am very impressed! The service was excellent. Delivered exactly (to within minutes) when the office said it would be, by 2 very friendly, courteous and professional drivers who had driven all the way from Staffordshire to Dumfries to personally deliver from the company. And then they even built the furniture for me!
The table and chairs appear very well made and sturdy, stylish and very smoothly finished. The company's prices are extremely competitive too. All this during the Covid pandemic. That's A* service!
I would definitely recommend Staffordshire Garden Furniture. Thank you guys.

Great experience from start to finish . Bought online during Covid shutdown - 4 chairs , bench 6 foot table and coffee table . We are thrilled to bits with the quality , price , lady who dealt with the order , the efficient delivery and the courteous delivery driver . Added a star as during the COVID-19 issues it must be difficult but the website assured us that they are still operational so i ordered. They had a message on the website saying "We hope to deliver goods within 14 days of ordering" - they did too which is why the rating isn't lower.

I ordered a garden bench - as there are no dimensions on the website I emailed them, I got a response 3 days later and it fits so I ordered. The order status was "processing" for 10 days which is interesting and I emailed them (they don't answer the phone) just as an update because I had no confirmation to ask if the order is going through and when is delivery; No response.

I got an email on day 13 asking if they could deliver "tomorrow and need a response ASAP" - I said yes, no times just tomorrow which isnt the worst thing as we are all in anyway.

The gardne bench arrived dented but the driver was off in a flash so had no chance to sign anything off or comment. I go to sit on the bench and the left arm of the bench is wobbling so i inspeced the rest of the build and even by my craftmanship it is poor.

Wouldnt use again - this was a test purchase for the company and it didnt pass. Terrible communication and average quality products but the prices fit.

The company has just finished my amazing shed. The men that came to my house that built it were very friendly and very respectful. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Bought a table, 2 benches and 2 chairs in May. We were assured the furniture was made of Canadian hardwood had been treated and would last for years. We were told we could treat it again ourselves but to buy it yourself as it was cheaper than what the salesman was selling it. Move forward to now, the benches & chairs have cracked and the wood had split on the legs. Cant help thinking we have been ripped off. Would not buy from this company again.

Bought the garden furniture from the North Devon Show on the 07.08.19 & with a full set of black cushions. Furniture came & driver said no cushions but would come the next week. Called Staffordshire Garden Furniture on the 27.08.19 as still no cushions that were paid for at point of order. On the one occasion the phone was answered I had the invoice number ready & there was someone coughing so loudly I couldn't hear what the operative said & I made the mistake of saying that lets wait until the person constantly coughing stops.....OMG that caused the operative to take umbridge & hang up. Called again & the same operative hung up. Had to then get my husband to call & he was given no information other than whenever. The furniture is OK, not brilliant but OK,the customer service is so precious its beyond belief & my view is that they will disengage whenever they can....its not customer service its avoidance.

Ordered the furniture at Border Union Show from the lovely salesman. Contacted by the company to confirm delivery date within timescale advised. Furniture arrived without the cushions. Have tried on numerous occasions to contact the company to get our cushions but no joy so now have furniture we’ve not been able to sit on for nearly 3 weeks!! Terrible customer service!
