Sg Petch have always given me excellent service. Even though they no longer have the Fiat dealership ( which is a great loss to York) they still service my Fiat 500. They collect the vehicle from my home and return it and st present as I am disabled I cannot drive so this is very helpful for me. Please rethink getting the Fiat franchise back as where do I purchase my next Fiat 500 from?

Just collected my new BMW and the experience from start to finish was exceptional. My new sales team member was Haris Abdullah who is a really nice and pleasant guy who made the experience very professional but very easy and enjoyable so I would recommend him to anyone

Recent problem with my Kia. Service receptionist took control, got ma a courtesy car and kept me posted on rectification progress. Class act.

I bought my used Mazda 6 from S G Petch Middlesbrough, I delt with a salesman called Andy.
Nothing was a bother and he made everything easy.
I had a very minor issue after purchasing, Andy got it resolved very quickly and without hassle. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Andy, or S G Petch in the future.

Don’t normally leave reviews, but in this case I feel I need too. We have dealt with SG Petch for years, but this was our first experience of the Richmond Branch. From booking a viewing, through to the test drive and eventually the purchase, we felt at complete ease. Primarily due to Catherine. She was excellent and we are so pleased we had her through the process. She was prompt and emailed us when she needed, and made our purchase and trade-in simple. She was also exceptionally good with our toddler who was being a bit of a terror on collection.

Very happy with our purchase of our Kia Sorento and we will be back to this store in the not so distant future to replace my partners car.

From initial visit to handover of the car at our third visit, we found the Castletown branch a pleasure to deal with. From phone to face to face contacts, the style is one of pleasantly professional engagement. No pressure sale tactics, hepful and informative, with apparent transparency throughout. Thank you to all staff we engaged with, but particularly Jeff, who guided us through the process once we had made our choice. First time we have used Petch, but would not hesitate to do so again. Recommend without hesitation based on our own experience with the used car sales department.

Just had my car in for recall. They done what that had to do. When I got my car back they had cleaned it inside and out. Great service thank you. I have the Inster, which has been good for me as a lovely little car to drive. Sales team are great and can not do enough for you.
