First class customer service when the company acted on my behalf in a warranty claim with the manufacturer. They could have referred me directly to them, but went out of their way to handle all correspondence and telephone calls on my behalf. Brilliant in this day and age.

I ordered a cushion box and it was delivered fairly quickly. During assembled I noticed that there was a spacer missing. I emailed customer services and got the replacement part easily. During use (about 2 weeks) I noticed that one of the hinges had worked loose. I emailed customer services with a photo and video. A couple of weeks later I received a replacement back panel. None of these issues were the fault of Shackletons but rather the manufacturer.
I had excellent customer support from Sammy, keeping me informed of the situation at each step.

What a great customer care department send email and within a short duration the item was delivered.

7 years ago we bought many items of 4SO garden furniture guaranteed for 10 years.
Unfortunately the feet on these have corroded so I contacted customer support and provided them with photos of the feet and the original receipts.
There was no argument about it and replacement feet were supplied within a week. Excellent customer support. 👍

Our recent visit was due to a fault on our garden table, no hesitation in helping us to get a replacement. Excellent communication throughout. My garden chair was damaged on delivery and the customer care team sorted a replacement instantly, didn't have to wait to return the damaged one.
The replacement chair got delivered to the wrong address and again the customer team were helpful and apologetic. Kept communicating until the goods were in my hands. Business today rarely pay attention to ensure the post-sale customer feels like they are their most important customer. Even with a couple of issues I would order again from them because of the speed and care then to resolve. Thank you

Ordered two sofas and a dining table and chairs, staff were so helpful especially Steve. We went for white glove delivery and have to say the delivery team were fantastic and very careful. One of the sofa cushions sadly had a big pluck on it but Shackleton's customer service team sorted it out very quickly with the supplier. Would definitely recommend Shackleton's.

I ordered garden furniture which was considerably cheaper than buying locally. It all came well packed with a sticker saying ‘ Fragile , do NOT stack’ . The delivery company ignored that and either stacked or dropped the box ,resulting in a badly damaged chair. It was clearly not Shackleton fault. Shacketons customer care arranged for a replacement chair to be delivered in three days. Communication was excellent. I would use them again.

After 3 years of owning a dining set I had an issue with the table and a chair, the help I received was first class and speedy. I received a set of replacement planks for the table and a replacement chair within 2 weeks of raising the issue. 1st class Customer Services😁
