Amazing service
Amazing service, I have ordered the wrong size and Emily’s service from customer care was impeccable helping me to get the right support and to get a replacement shirt with the right size as soon as possible.
They delivered the replacement shirt to me only 2 days after sending the old one back.
I highly recommend this company.

Worst shipping service ever.
I ordered a custom t-shirt on the 11th of July it is now the 22nd of July , I was told it would arrive latest the 17th of July … nope not the case. I’ve emailed and tried contacting as I need the t-shirt for a festival… nothing was just told to wait the 28 days and then they will send me another one if it hasn’t arrived . This is not good enough if I order a custom shirt u would assume it’s for something and is needed if you can’t trust how long it’s going to take to arrive then you should buy from somewhere else …. Really disappointed as I’ve bought off them before and I recall it taking sometime to arrive but I just don’t see my shirt coming in time. ORDER NUMBER :4584470. I am prepared to forgive ye if I can get my tshirt 🙏🙏

Repeat order due to being really happy…
Repeat order due to being really happy with an order for Father’s Day. However, with the current order I paid extra for Royal Mail 1st Class with an estimated delivery date of 3 - 5 July. I understand that you can cannot guarantee delivery date once in Royal Mail’s hands, but according to the order tracker you haven’t even dispatched this yet (as at 5 July). Very disappointed as it was a birthday gift and won’t arrive in time now.

Painfully slow.
Ordered t shirt on 12th June as gift for Father’s Day. Not even dispatched until 18th. Painfully slow service. Website still promoting Fathers Day two days afterwards.

We're really sorry to hear that the gift did not arrive within the expected time frame. We print & ship the same or following day as standard, but in busier times (i.e. the Father's Day rush) this production window can be increased as we receive a high volume of orders in a short space of time. To avoid disappointment we set the deadline of Wednesday 12th June as the last chance for Mainland UK orders with First Class & Priority Shipping.

Poor quality printing that looks like…
Poor quality printing that looks like it will wash off on its first time in the machine and item arrived late so missed the occasion it was bought for. Would not recommend!

Awful amateur printing
T shirts reasonable quality. The printing looks like it’s been done in a seaside shack in Skegness.
Sent back for a refund and I notice the refund is minus postage.
Absolutely Awful Avoid.

Fantastic Quality, Great Price, lacking in communication.
Im re-reviewing Shirtbox for the sole reason that the t shirt quality is fantastic, which includes print quality.
It is so unfortunate my order could not be fulfilled in time. Please order in advanced if you wish to get your selected design in time!
I totally appreciate a group of people using their talents to provide us with really great products, however when you run a business which is online, normal working hours is not really an excuse to not email back on a Saturday. Find the time! For your benefit and customers.
I think for future reference, add a point of contact also because this is not on your site at all. Add an email guys, under heading, contact us. The submitting order number and getting an automated response is terrible.
All these little touches just adds to what I actually received, an amazing top quality t shirt, at a good price, and your print is top notch.

Ordered a T-Shirt for a birthday present, was given an estimate time, and that has now passed.
Reason I ordered because on this site, it says delivery is within 24 hours for most orders. (Garbage)
Contacting the company is impossible because they do not have a contact us on the site. You have to go through terms and conditions to find the email.
I emailed and no response.
Many have had the same issue of late which begs the question why they have high positive reviews!
Unfortunately this seems to be the norm now in the UK.

We don't claim to print, ship & deliver within 24 hours. We offer the option for same / next day printing & from there you can choose to upgrade your postage from a choice of Royal Mail options from 24H tracked to standard shipping 5-7 days. The best case scenario is 2-3 days.
We're a small team, our core customer service & social media team work normal office hours Monday to Friday, so we can only apologise if you felt ignored over the weekend. Thanks for your review, we find all feedback very helpful to improve services & products & also to inform anyone reading the reviews of our processes.
We send all orders with Royal Mail Tracked delivery as standard, at the checkout customers have the option to upgrade the shipping or opt for us to print on the same / next day (depending on what time & day the order's placed i.e. evening & weekend orders would be printed the following day). The terms are all stated clearly against each option at the checkout.

You can also check your junk & spam folders for a dispatch email & track & trace ID to follow your order, if we're not saved as a contact in your email address book they can hide in there.
