Experiencia muy negativa.

Compré un charm que figuraba como disponible y recibí confirmación del pedido. Tras preguntar si el producto era original, casualmente me informaron de que ya no había stock y cancelaron la venta.

Volví a preguntar si la cancelación estaba relacionada con mi consulta y tampoco obtuve respuesta clara sobre la autenticidad del artículo, lo que resulta, como mínimo, poco transparente.

Para empeorar la situación, recibí una llamada con un trato prepotente y poco profesional, finalizando la conversación de forma abrupta. Una atención al cliente completamente inaceptable.

La gestión ha sido desorganizada y la comunicación, deficiente. Desde luego, no volveré a comprar aquí.
