I bought a Michael Kors watch it came…

I bought a Michael Kors watch it came looks nice but didn’t fit on my wrist too small . I am only petite first Michael Kors watch I own another 3 that didn’t fit . Contacted for a refund as not fit for purpose expected me to pay return postal for a product not fit for purpose

Awful service

Ordered a watch on 16/6 by 24/ still no update or tracking available, this was for a special birthday present and it states 1/3 days delivery
Went in chat on the 24/6 for update too be told they don’t have the watch I ordered it would be a few weeks!! Asked Why I hadn’t been informed next day and I would have chose another then when I asked if they could push the delivery so I got it for 25/6 I was told no any wash ordered the same watch on another site got it next day plus I got 4.25 from TopCashback this prob won’t get put on site

Super fast service

I ordered a watch on Sunday evening and it arrived in the post on Tuesday Morning. Not only was this super fast service, the price was lower than all the other online retailers. Well done.
