Extraordinary service
For my first experience with the Shoppre team, I will have to say that their service is to another level. Compared to other similar companies I've liaised with, they are the only one I know which notifies the client of any defective item during QC inspection. They send evidence of those defective items via whatsapp and allow the client to decide whether to keep or not. There's no delay in their service. If you get them to purchase your items, they do it ASAP and notifies you of any shortcomings via whatsapp. They even have a digital wallet so that any cash remainder can be stored there instead of getting into the hassles of bank transfer. I don't see any weakness so far in their service, I'll just say KUDOS to the team and keep up the extraordinary service.

Excellent portal with meaningful descriptions and workflow management, proactive customer service and active communications, including chasing me when additional cost data were needed, and expedient delivery when I reqested. Really Bad Packaging
I ordered 4 books with all possible repackaging and priority handling fees, and payed almost 100 EUR to ship these 4 books to Germany. They arrived individually wrapped once in a bubble wrap and stacked together in a bigger box without any cushioning or protection. Obviously all 4 books have now bend/damaged corners.
I'd prefer to purchase stuff from India like a do from China, but we are not there yet, and its obvious why.

Great Company
I have ordered from Shoppre 4 or 5 times, and the experience has always been fantastic. Customer service on WhatsApp always reply promptly. All my orders arrive in mint condition. Honest & Reliable Shopping Website
