Excellent communication, blazing fast shipping, well packaged without damage.

This is going to be long. With my current experience with Shoppre they don't even deserve 1 star.
I saw the their advertisement on Instagram where they claimed to deliver products from Indian Shopping Websites. I signed up with them and ordered 2 Indian dresses worth of Rs.2000 on Dec 5th, Thank God I didn't ordered more. I did the payment, then there was no updates for 2 days whether my order was placed or not. I contacted their customer support (AI Customer Support), who said usually we should get an update within 3-6 hours after placing the order but they have no idea why this isn't the case with me. They raised a ticket, which is left unsolved till now. Everytime I chase them they just apologize and say that my ticket is being looked into urgently, yet nothing happened till now. I have requested a refund now.
I think this is totally unprofessional and they are totally unreliable if you are planning something in near future.
I feel like I am scammed.

I had an amazing experience with Shoppre. They shipped all my things safely and I got it immediately within 2 days which was amazing. Their packing was so good and safe. I would use their service again soon.

I recently used Shopree to order products from India and ship them to Melbourne, and I must say — the experience was beyond amazing! The entire process was smooth, transparent, and extremely convenient.

They provided me with a virtual address, so I could order anything I wanted and have it delivered to them. They even stored my parcels for free for 20 days, which is such a helpful feature (and only ₹100/day after that — very reasonable!).

What truly impressed me was their packing quality and delivery speed. I chose normal shipping, which mentioned 10–14 business days, but my parcel was shipped on 1st December and reached me on 4th December — less than three business days! I honestly didn’t expect it to be this fast. Everything arrived safely, securely packed, and in perfect condition.

The customer service was top-notch, responsive, and very professional throughout.

I am extremely satisfied with Shopree and will definitely be using their services again. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a reliable way to shop from India internationally. Thank you, Shopree, for such a wonderful experience! 🌟
