I used shoppre more times and their liability is great, the service is fast and safe. The customer service agents replied very fast to any requests and they helped me in any matter. I absolutely recommend Shoppre as forwarder agent but also as shopping assistant agent! Please keep it up!

NEVER use this service
NEVER use this service. Just absolutely avoid this horrible company with their horrible behaviour.
They don't claim any responsibility for anything.
They reached out to me to sell me mangoes, which I paid for, only to get completely rotten mangoes sent to me.
After which Shoppre doesn't claim any responsibility for the damaged goods. They simply move the blame to the vendor or carrier, stating they are not providing refund.
Its YOUR SERVICE. Highly disappointing and a complete waste of ~5000Rs. Just don't use them at all.
Edit: Your reply only further shows your incompetence. I did not order the mangoes myself. It was advertised to me, BY you. If i ordered the mangoes from some vendor and then used Shoppre to get it delivered to me, then the quality of perishables is my responsibility.
But in this case, the advert was posted by you and pushed onto me. I did not select the vendor, the mangoes or anything else. The entire service to get me mangoes was provided by you. So you are responsible in the quality of the product provided to me.

Generally responsive to any queries. The only complaint I had, which was not necessarily 100% directed at Shoppre, was they were unable to arrange shipment of controlled items such as spare laptop battery. There are procedures that allow for such items to be shipped by air, and I would have hoped that Shoppre would have been on top of them. Even at an extra charge, many people would be willing to pay. This could be an extra area where Shoppre could specialise and differentiate from other freight forwarders.

The service over the years has been excellent even reconsolidation of my shipment when I requested. The time from India to Jamaica is super fast. My only complaint is more ways to accept international payments.

Very bad service
Very bad service, working staff inefficient.. Recently one of my parcel struck in customs Algeria FedEx office. For the shoppre irresponsible I have charged 50000DA it cost around indian rupees 30000/- but the my shipment cost is 13000/- and I pay shoppre for the shipping 23000/- so totally I payed 66000/- per 25kg grocery store. I don't recommend better service are available
