Great service as usual
Great service as usual
This is my third car I've bought with Sinclair in Bridgend!
The staff are super friendly and can answer all of my questions.
Signing the documents is easy and hand over of the car was efficient, talking me through the new features of the car - keyless entry and no handbrake lever, as well as the set up of the volkswagen app.
Will continue to go back to the Bridgend dealership.

Welcome and hospitality at VW Bridgend
From the moment we walked through the door we were greeted with a hello and a smile from the sales executive. We were greatly impressed by the welcome and hospitality we received. Having dealt with numerous main dealers in the Ford group we were never offered the welcome we experienced at VW Sinclair Bridgend.

No fussing
No fussing, no unnecessary sales fuss, catered directly to our situation. Very prompt and satisfactory service. John and Ceri were fantastic throughout the process and post sales has been excellent.

Overall very good experience buying and selling my car with Sinclair Bridgend. Was a shame that my new car too so long to tax however it appears to have been a system failures of technology rather than employees. Very thorough explanation how to use infotainment so felt reasonably confident driving home in my first electric car

They made it a special occasion.
Ordering my new car and picking it up, I was made to feel special and in safe hands .Gareth was very helpful and made the job of ordering so easy and and Sophie made it a grand occasion with the unveiling and her knowledge of setting the car up quickly, easy to understand. Overall, a great hand over . I love my new purple polo.
