Dealt with rhys in sales in Cardiff VW who was brilliant from start to finish. Very friendly and couldn't fault him. Would recommend sinclair VW based on my experience.

The service from Sinclair VW Cardiff was excellent and deserving of 5 stars. However the manual that comes with the car is appalling. No reference to buttons switches and extras of the model I purchased. The salesman explained as much as I could take when I picked up the car but very little to refer to after. I eventually found some info on the internet. Full manual should be provided by VW.

This time it was better again From the lovely Lady manning the phones and organising the customers to the very friendly car salesmen… I need to say that I’m suffering the recent loss of my Wonderful Wife ..and was worried about organising and all that goes with buying a new car. I met Babs Ali who helped me and made my experience in buying a new car so good . Babs knowing my circumstances went way above to help in every way. The coffee was good too! After 40 years driving Golfs & Polos, choosing a different make for what would probably be my last car seemed like a good idea. But after trying others, I ended up back at Sinclair where the sales rep, Martina could not have been more helpful, explaining engine differences, arranging drives in 3 cars and generating a list of possible vehicles. In the end, another Polo was chosen and all the paperwork and other transactional details were handled very proficiently by her, including swift responses to email queries. All told, a very satisfied customer continuing his VW journey

BEWARE!! Cardiff Sinclair van centre is a complete waste of time their not interested in doing any warranty work, The service manager is only interested in in charging £138 for a 10 second diagnostic fee. They Tampered with my battery and fuse box which wasn’t put back correctly all left open and not put back correctly.
They make a video then make things up for you to spend money, all the warranty issues are not dealt with I’d love to take these people to court as their reviews are embarrassing and are completely out to rip customers off.

Bought a second hand car from Sinclair Volkswagen Cardiff, they made buying a new car easy from the first test drive through the whole process until it was time to pick up the car which was very quick. Martina handled the exchange and communicated well letting me know the next step each time, would definitely recommend buying a car with this company.
