Been trying to get in contact with them for a week now they don’t answer the phone or return emails, have they stopped operating

Pathetic, Dishonest, Untrustworthy. You've heard of the Dallas Cowboys, maybe even the Craigavon Cowboy's, today I bring you, THE BELFAST COWBOYS!!!! Complaints department doesn't exist, or rather, they don't like to deal with a complaint, especially a genuine one. They totally ghosted me for the 1st 3 complaint emails, zero, nothing, then I mentioned taking it to the Financial Ombudsman and hey bingo, I had a response in 10 mins, comical. Skyline obviously didn't even consider my complaint, how could they as there were 6 loans issued in just over 18 months and they managed to issue a final response in under an hour. My complaint was partially upheld by the Financial Ombudsman but they are now ghosting and disrespecting the authority of the Ombudsman after several attempts by the regulator have been totally ignored. Maybe that's how they deal with a complaint, say nothing and who knows, maybe it'll go away? Apalling behaviour and surely just another Morses/Provident firm that has slipped through the net, at least for now? AVOID, there are much safer, more trustworthy and respectable options out there!!!

This company blackmail customers , harass , bully and blackmail their customers avoid at all costs, skyline direct don’t record there calls so they can say what they want lucky enough I had a family member with me to heard when they said and they were trying to bring the word paramilitaries , this is the the Financial Ombudsman Service , I have given them many opportunities to resolve this matter with out going , to the Financial Ombudsman Service, I asked manger to stop triggering my PDSD be refused to stop , after the manger triggered my PDSD he then told me I am refusing to pay them words did not come on off my mouth, then again I asked him to stop triggering my PDSD as point he them told me someone would be coming to my house , as you can imagine someone with PDSD this company should most definitely not have treated me this way, at one point the manger told he he was calling the police on my this was after he had triggered my PDSD twice, at this point I had the phone to a family member, but the manger keep saying the words, paramilitaries , my family member had to end the call, to help me as I was in a state of extremely distress and having a breakdown, the company failed there duty of care, in the end the police where not called , the company just used that to intimidate me.

If skyline direct try to remove this review I can provide proof that this all happened.

I've been a skyline customer for several years now. Affordable repayment plans, good communication between them and myself, fast reply and direct help advice and contact from my agents. I've had 3 one long term Liz she was amazing but sadly left the company for retirement. Had Ian for a short spell. Now have new agent John who is a great guy, very helpful, approachable, trustworthy and reliable. Assisted me throughout repayments of old loan and assisted me through a successful application on my new loan.

Needing my rough casting replaced, I went online to find a company. I liked what I saw on the skyline website. I phoned and they were a rep round the following day. We discussed what I needed done, agreed on a price and the colour of harling I wanted. Next day a visit to arrange scaffolding and date for work to start. Two days later the scaffolding was up, next day work started. The workmen were professional and hard working. Three days later work was finished and all mess cleaned up and taken away.
Following day the Directors of the company was round to inspect the job and to make sure I was happy with the work. Excellent job from start to finish, would highly recommend.
