Excellent service. Your staff was very knowledgeable, patient, caring, spoke very clearly, listened to my queries and helped to solve all the problems I had.
She is excellent and attended to all my requests. She was 100% attentive and went beyond to solve all the problems I presented her with.

Lisa was absolutely wonderful
Lisa was absolutely wonderful, she was very patient and talked through the corrections I needed to make. As I explained to Lisa I am new in this role and the previous payroller had not left any instructions. Lisa was very good at letting me know the errors would be fixed which was a huge weight off my mind. In my experience sometimes support calls can be very unhelpful and dismissive, Lisa was the exact opposite of this. Due to Lisa's patience and understanding she deserves a payrise.
