Brilliant
A lot of fustration with obtaining access to smart pension as my company had provided a wrong email. After 3 weeks of fustration and since retired from the company. I went strainght to smart pension and within 10 minutes, I was up and running. Such a relief. Brilliant service over the phone.

Great customer service poor fund managers
Well the customer service and communication with smart pension was excellent, my conversation with the young gentleman was commendable as he pointed to a mistruth my firms accounts manager had wrongly implied. He gave me all the information I required. But couldn't talk actual investment guidance because he wasn't a qualified financial advisor. ( I'm not so sure most of the so called Financial advisor out there are qualified really). But he gave me enough information for me to work out what I was wanting to know, so extremely helpful. So the reason this firm has only 3 stars is not because of my conversation or the help given which was definitely 5 stars, it's because of the overall gains produced by Smart Pension itself. They only managed 9.1% returns on an average stock market gain of 16.2% for the year. That is only 56% of the average making this company a very poor choice for British pension companies. In fact these professionals have returned less this year than my personal indulgence with my AJBell share account where I buy and sell myself I made 11.3% gains and I'm an Electrician. So they are clearly taking your money and just letting it ride in the wind without assessing the markets and working for their charges. Bearing in mind some firms out there have consistently doubled this this last year on a midrange spread. VERY POOR FUND MANAGERS SMART PENSION you need to pull your fingers out and start working for a living...we have to when we entrust our futures with you.

I had problems with rejected submissions -Isabel's help
I had problems with rejected submissions from my BrightPay software, I rang Smart Pensions and spoke with Isabel, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, not only about the Smart Pension website but the BrightPay software.
She was able to direct me to areas in both and talk me through the adjustments required in both areas to allow the submissions to be accepted.
She then stayed on the telephone call whilst I re-submitted everything and she was instantly able to confirm that the submissions had been received and accepted.
This sorted out all the queries that I had.
