Terrible after sales service.
This company just doesn’t care about their customers. We paid for a car charger to be installed at the beginning of September. We’ve had issues with the charger but cannot get hold of anyone to resolve the issue. Nearly two months on and 5 phone calls, 1 email and 1 fb private message and still no one has gotten back to us.

The people at Smartzone were patient, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. I found their home alarm prices very reasonable and whenever I've had questions, their support team has always been able to find answers.

Great home alarm company in Ireland
I have worked with Smartzone to get security and home alarms setup at both my home and office. They were on time and the install was easy. I'm happy with the service and I find it really cool that I can view my cameras at my home or office even when I'm traveling. I would definitely recommend them if you need any help with home security, smart home, or EV chargers as all of my experiences with them have been great.

Very happy with the product and service, you couldn't get a more interactive alarm system for your house. The customer care team are very good and always there to answer any question quickly and efficiently. Couldn't ask for more really.
