Still havent received my order and it said it was delivered on the 4th of august. No communication from anybody and sent multiple emails, scamming wasters.i ordered on the 19th of july btw

Hi Nicola, sorry you feel this way. As mentioned on email we did have a couple of DPD issues with the bank holiday and did want to compensate you accordingly which you seemed happy with on email. We are sorry we let you down on this occasion

I placed an order on the 30th n paid for shipping still not received anything sent two emails heard not one thing back and we are now on The 9th for two hats, shocking service really

Hi Lee!
We hope you are ok. Sorry for the bad communication, we did not return to work until the 4th after the bank holiday. We can see your email on the 6th Jan 19:14, but do advise 48-72 working hours for a response due to time of year.
Once you contacted us as to the whereabouts of your parcel we reached out to DPD because as far as we were concerned this left us on the 30th & we were advised that due to the bank holiday these orders would be hopefully there by the 31st but due to reduced hours for NYE they would be received no later than the 4th once everything back to normal.
We did get an update from DPD on friday that the scan on your parcel at the depot hasn't occurred (frustrating the driver did not scan this correctly!)
We therefore deem these parcels “lost” and naturally resend them so you are not out of pocket / product you ordered
Therefore this resend will leave us tomorrow once DPD reopen and be with you Tuesday.
We hope the above explains / rectifies this to some degree to hopefully restore your faith and opinion of us :)

Quality service I had no issues…
Quality service I had no issues retuning a product, just wanted and exchange and it was fast and simple. Communication was easy and the product ( black track top) is quality. Will definitely be buying again from this brand.

The service is terrible
The service is terrible, I placed my order on the 26/12/2021 & I was meant to receive it no later than 31/12/2021. I have since sent them 2 emails & have had no response at all even in my junk. I was charged for shipping & still haven’t received the product. I have lost trust in this company & really disappointed.

Hi Duncan-
The shipping you chose was our £2.99 2-3 working days. With the bank holidays this would be up until 4th Jan as 27th/28th/31st December and 1st/2nd/3rd January were weekends or bank holidays.
As we did explain to you on the phone this has been a delay with DPD due to the bank holidays, completely our responsibility not yours so we have just refunded the order and cancelled this so you are not without the money you spent.
We can only apologise the service let you down on this occasion during a very busy period

The clothing quality is good however…
The clothing quality is good however the customer service is not. Message them to ask about the tracksuit bottom size as they do not have any small and haven't gotten a reply back still waiting

Tracksuit does not fit nice. Including XS would be much more beneficial

I shop alot with societ noir and the product is top product I shop alot with moncler and the best of products and I honestly think societ noir is up there with top products tracksuits are so comfy and product feels great the jackets are the same do the job there meant to do and the caps sit perfect so I will keep shopping with societ and have got alot of friends shopping with yous

Don’t know we’re to start first of all the item took long to arrive I had no confirmation email then it arrives and is an item short which they say wasn’t in stock but they still took payment and still haven’t reimbursed me.it has been a nightmare dealing with this company 😡

We are sorry you are unhappy. We do estimate email responses to be up to 48 hours at this time of the year.
You order was placed after our cut off on 30th November. Therefore it left on 1/12/21. This was on a royal mail 2-3 working day service. As per tracking, parcel was initially attempted delivery when nobody home so it was redelivered to you and signed for on second attempt.
One item was out of stock, we did not want to hold the other up. The out of stock item has been refunded and it can take 3-5 working days to land back in your bank. We apologise for any inconvenience within this, the stock error is ours and we take full responsibility for that. Regarding delivery we are sorry Royal Mail let both us and yourself down with their attempts to deliver.

Good quality clothing but wasn’t…
Good quality clothing but wasn’t pleased with the service got next day deliver but then didn’t come till 8 days later. Also was told because of the delay I’d get a refund on shipping but I didn’t pay for shipping because I spent over £80 so was also lied too over the phone

Regarding the shipping, again whoever you spoke to may not have been aware your order was eligible for free shipping, so rest assured when you next order we will be happy to generate a discount code which hopefully makes up for any shipping cost you may be charged on that occasion.

Hi Mindaugas, as per our phone conversation we have just had, we did despatch your parcel on the 30th once order was placed. We are very sorry that your request for DPD to leave this in a safe place / with a neighbour was not translated & therefore the parcel has been held. We will reach out to DPD on our end to try and resolve this.
