Still havent received my order and it said it was delivered on the 4th of august. No communication from anybody and sent multiple emails, scamming wasters.i ordered on the 19th of july btw

Hi Nicholas,
As per our first email to you we do ask you allow 48-72 hours for a reply as we do manage the mailbox chronologically.
We replied yesterday (Thursday 27th) advising of your receipt of a medium jogger instead of a small & we did offer a solution to rectify this. We do only work Monday - Friday so if your reply to us has not been responded to rest assured it will be on Monday.
We wish we could resolve everyone’s emails immediately but that is not physically possible and we do require some patience to rectify the mistake.
Unfortunately mistakes happen.

Brilliant!!!! Great service!! Trustworthy!! I Order wrong item.. sent an email they assisted quickly made an amendment unfortunately still sent wrong item out.. I got call and for all the inconvenience they me gave me a great discount.. on another item so I got to keep both item ant discount rate. Recommend good quality clothes..

Professional company with great customer service. We had a little hiccup with delivery but all was sorted out in a professional manner with promt replies from Societe Noir to all emails and very polite responses. Will definitely be ordering again in future. GREAT PRODUCTS.
