Still havent received my order and it said it was delivered on the 4th of august. No communication from anybody and sent multiple emails, scamming wasters.i ordered on the 19th of july btw

KLARNA will process the refund now this has been processed once we realised the item was out of stock. It has been processed our end & will credit against the payments you make and any payment made to date refunded. It can take a couple of days though

Paid for next day delivery an error from the courier prevented this delivery. After giving me options to resend or refund I chose refund and was contacted by a director to apologise for issues.

DELIVERED within 3 working days, signed for on 27/4 via Royal Mail
I placed my order for next day delivery…
I placed my order for next day delivery and turned up 5 days later to then find that one of the items I ordered was missing, I since emailed them and this issue has now been resolved so thankyou for the great products.

Hi Ryan,
You highlighted a missing order on Thursday at 21:20pm. This has been responded to and updated today to advise that if this parcel has gone missing with DPD that we will resend it.
We do advise up to 48 hours to respond to any emails so we are sorry that doing this today was not fast enough.

Great Quality tracksuits and fantastic customer service
I've been ordering tracksuits, hoodies and joggers from these for a long time and the quality has never faded. The tracksuits are some of the comfiest and best fitting ones I've got. I had a very minor issue with one of my last orders and when I emailed in, Josie replied to me instantly and got my issues resolved the same day. Other clothing companies either don't reply or wait days until they respond but these rectified my issues straight away.
