Still havent received my order and it said it was delivered on the 4th of august. No communication from anybody and sent multiple emails, scamming wasters.i ordered on the 19th of july btw

Hi Julie, we do aim to reply to emails within 48-72 hours. We work through these chronologically. As you can see the last reply was on Tue 11th April. We responded to this this morning on 14th April.

I made a wrong order
I made a wrong order, emailed as soon as it got delivered, got back to me asap and gave me a solution Straight away, and now have the other half of my tracksuit on its way to me great customer service and products are amazing

Good product, BAD sales strategy
Quality items, good service and quick shipping, however.... offering me the items I have just purchased at a lower cost as soon as I recieve my confirmation email is very poor taste.
Has completely put me off buying from Societe Noir again

We appreciate the review as always.
Let us just advise that maybe you have misunderstood the purpose behind this.
We offer an incentive at checkout that allows you a discount off your overall order if you add another item to cart. This is due to people often liking multiple items so we do this as an incentive to allow you to save some money with a multi-buy, it isn’t for the same item it can be for any additional item in its category eg: 2 different hats (which we find a lot of our customers like more than one item)
We understand you may not like this personally and for that we are sorry you feel as the above

Unreal quality of material in products in my opinion. Sizes are perfect fit for me. Love the designs and different products available! Only critique is I want new stuff published haha! Want some more stuff as I love this brand. Shout out to jack pretty as well. Guys a legend. Oh and another thing they are the quickest company I know of to send parcels out. I didn’t even pay for next day and it came next day

Great product and delivery. I think the packaging could do with some improvements. Arrived in a normal brown box, no branding at all. Not what I would have expected.

Thank you for the review!
Packaging is something we are working on, we have just temporarily resorted back to plain protection boxes & stopped using branded tape due to a large number going missing with couriers.
The items inside remain in our branded polybags
