Still havent received my order and it said it was delivered on the 4th of august. No communication from anybody and sent multiple emails, scamming wasters.i ordered on the 19th of july btw

Will definitely not use this mob again
Will definitely not use this mob again. They literally are the worst when it comes to returns. They received my return 09/06/22 and emailed to ask if I would like a refund or exchange. I confirmed a refund and as of the 8/7/22 I have not heard from them or received my refund. Terrible service. Will definitely be elevating this.

Excellent company
Had an issue with one of their hats and they sent out a replacement straight away! Jack the owner called me personally to get this rectified. Great customer service and very happy with the multiple hats I’ve ordered from them! Would recommend

Ordered on Monday and paid (extra) for delivery before i went on holiday on Thursday morning and it didn't arrive as the order didn't get processed. Only arrived on Saturday.

Thanks for the review.
The item you ordered was our mesh trucker which we did advise was on PREORDER for a despatch of 1/6/22.
Thursday 2/6 and Friday 3/6 were national holidays for the queens jubilee and DPD closed for those 2 days which is why this didn't arrive till Saturday.
We apologise if this wasn't soon enough and will of course look to remedy the situation if you email us.
