Everything was fine until the delivery of my new washing machine arrived. When I spoke to someone on the phone a couple of days earlier and explained the delivery would be required in my cellar and would that be ok, the staff member said that wouldn’t be a problem.
The delivery arrived but the 2 chaps refused to take it down to my cellar due to ‘health & safety’ reasons.
Had I known that, I would have ordered it from somewhere that would take it down to my cellar.
I live on my own, the washing machine is still in my kitchen until I can recruit some help.
Very disappointing.

Update - Ian from Customer Services kindly reached out a few days later and with the assistance of a colleague, he personally came to take the unit down to the cellar & install it.
From a disappointing experience the way Sonic dealt & corrected the issue was to their credit.
