Great quality and value!
Weights were as described and not only arrived on time (which was very fast) but surpassed the quality that I was expecting.
The Luxe Barbell is just as good as much more expensive, branded barbell's. Very impressed, cheers!

We received your email on 20th August 2020 at 18: 31. We then contacted TNT and responded to your email on 20th August 2020 at 20:59 (we cc'd you in the email to TNT). This is within 3 hours.
Your products were despatched in a timely manner and you were provided with a tracking number at the time of despatch. You placed your order on Saturday 15th August and the items were despatched on Monday 17th August. According to the tracking,, deliveries were attempted multiple times but failed .There is note from this morning stating that there was a "Request from receiver to hold for collection at TNT location"
There was a delay due to the courier service for which we apologise. It does seem that you have contacted the courier service however and have arranged to pick up the products according to the tracking?
We would be grateful if you could contact us via email (please also check your junk email) so that we can resolve this issue.

We have forwarded the initial email response to you for your records. There can occasionally be issues with the delivery service (which is out of our control) )and we work hard to rectify such issues, Most people are fairly understanding about this rare occurrence.

Ordered the luxe Olympic package
Ordered the luxe Olympic package. Olympic barbell and combination of weights.
Barbell: I believe this is the top of the range barbell they currently sell. It’s not quite the same standard as you would expect in a gym or from the big companies but actually it’s still pretty good.
Weights: These are actually pretty awesome. Again the higher spec option so they are I think powder coated in black and look really nice.
Delivery/Packaging: So 4 stars instead of 5 because packaging was inadequate. Every plate and both ends of the barbell are scratched and dirty to some description. The plates and barbell were exposed through the packaging on all 4 of the boxes. Now these will get scratched and marked through use and not something you would send them back for but it would be nice given I am buying something new if I put the first scratches and marks on it.

Thank you for your honest, detailed and constructive feedback. We are continuously working to develop the customer experience and your feedback on the packaging is invaluable. The packaging is always checked prior to despatch. However, you have highlighted that during the transport of the plates, mishandling could lead to damage to the packaging at the plates.
We have escalated this to our courier service and also invested in new packaging to avoid such incidences from occurring again.

Great price
Found them through instagram advert, after searching round they seemed to be the best value when shipping is included. Great quality product - Love the hardcore look of pure steel! super fast and tracked delivery with TNT and made in the UK, can't ask for more.
Bought 150kg worth, only wish they would also offer some fractional plates 1kg - 500g etc for easier progressions etc. but for what I bought 5/5, great quality stuff
