Brought two hoodies from them in December. Said order will take 7-10 working days. Still haven’t received it and the website doesn’t appear to work anymore. No tracking # either.

Very good service
Very good service. Came when predicted and arrived packaged well. I would definitely use Spartan Gym Gear again. I was a little apprehensive when there was no address or phone number on the website but took a punt and was really happy to get everything safe and sound!

Plates look amazing
Plates look amazing! I can finally back to my gym zone. Only one little thing about the service was about being more informative about the dispatch and delivery of the items. The items came after 5 working days but we are left to guess when it will come as the information was not given at all apart from a promise of delivery time from 2-5 working days. But above all happy customer here the delivery guy was very helpful on the day of delivery :)

Thank you for your feedback. We are very happy that you are pleased with your weight plates.
With regards to delivery, an email is sent a the time of despatch with a tracking number which details the courier and expected delivery time.
Your order was placed on Tuesday 8th September and your items were delivered on Tuesday 15th September, which is within 5 working days (Saturday and Sunday do not count as working days). This is the longest a delivery can take, but we have found that most have found 2-5 working days to be a reasonable time frame especially considering the obstacles we face during these times.
If you have any questions, we are always happy to help. If you had contacted us via email or via our instagram page @spartan_gym_gear we could have answered any questions you have.
If you do require any assistance with another order or working out when an order is likely to be delivered we can happily provide more information.

I'll be buying more plates soon!
Items arrived on time, despite there being a delay mid-journey due to it going to the wrong depot. Great communication from the delivery driver and she went out of her way to get my items delivered even though she struggled to lift the plates. Items were in good condition. Wonderful service.

Raw steel olympic plate full set
Ordered a full 75kg olympic plate set after seeing an Instagram ad. Ordered on Friday and received the following Wednesday. Even though the address label was wrong, the courier got it all sorted. The raw steel plates look great, no rough edges or anything. The small plates are all accurate to within 5 grams, the larger plates accurate to within 0.5%, so im extremely happy. Hoping they start to stock fractional plates soon, as the Spartan logo looks kickass and I don't want to buy plain ones :D
