I booked a spa package in Wales. Per the email, I was supposed to contact the hotel directly. I contacted the hotel and left messages on their voicemail. Three times. I sent you three additional emails. No one has contacted me by email or phone. I am now requesting credit for services I never received.

This certainly isn’t the level of service we aim to provide. From what you’ve described, it appears that the spa’s availability may not have been updated correctly before accepting live bookings, resulting in a reservation being confirmed when the spa was unfortunately unable to accommodate it. While this is extremely rare, we completely appreciate how disappointing and inconvenient this must have been.
We’re glad to see that the venue was able to arrange an alternative and suitable date for you to attend your experience.

Avoid i booked a spa day they took my money then said they dont do massages on Sunday even though it was conformed for sunday.then they asking for extra payment for the massage if I would of paid the extra they would of said they dont do massage on Sundays then said they can give refund but take £25 piund cancellation fee
