A Birthday treat
The reason I gave 4 stars was because I had trouble in booking the treatment as I didn’t wanted to pay the £10 cancellation fee and the system didn’t let me to pay
I was disappointed called the hotel someone promised me to call back and didn’t

Shocking customer service !
Was talked i to getting cancellation protection, but they wont refund
I cancelled 4 days before the booking, was told i would get a refund and when i chased it up, they made up lies and refused to refund my money
The refund protection is clearly a scam

Full day relaxation with a massage
I was looking for a lovely spa day to help my friend celebrate her birthday. I came across the hotel and it EVERTHING I NEEDED from a 50minutes massage wow
and lunch included, with use of the facilities at the hotel.
A winner as the price was EXCLENT.

This company does not honour it's price promise. Check other 3rd party companies for better deals before you book. They would not honour a better price via spaescapes.
