A great shopping experience, so pleased with my new splashback, fits a treat and looks perfect

Ordered in November 2020, promised delivery before Christmas.... finally arrived February 2021... installed with their adhesive all looks fine by August 2021 there are huge white marks showing through where the adhesive is.

Been trying to speak to someone in charge for weeks and they keep dodging my calls, will be taking them to small claims court for a refund.

They sent some supposed expert fitters round to slag off the installation, blaming poor fitting for water damage getting behind the glass, however we had some spare pieces left over from their inability to send the sizes we had ordered and have had them soaking in a bucket of water for months with no damage, also another soaked in cleaning products with no damage.

It is clearly the adhesive supplied by them, but they would rather try conniving out of any responsibility for the stuff they supplied and drag everyone through a court case than take responsibility.

At least we can prove it and have a judge get our money back, tho it has caused a lot of stress in the meantime.

Could not recommend less, even in their reply to this they are trying to pass the buck! Shoddy product, shoddy company that won't engage other than to try a deflect the blame onto others, save yourself the hassle and order elsewhere.

Absolutely fantastic splashback; it looks just as vibrant as it did in the photos and the delivery driver even gave us a hand fitting it as it was such a large piece.
Couldn’t ask for better service.

We had a glass splashback from this company which was installed in January 2021. Within a month white marks were visible throughout the whole of our kitchen and utility room. Splashbacks.co.uk sent their people round to check and blamed us for using cleaner near the product which is complete rubbish. They also tried to blame our kitchen fitter, but he used their fixing material and followed their instructions. They now won't return my kitchen fitters calls. I paid over £3,000 for this and I am very unhappy. Avoid at all costs. -update- I have just read the companies response and refute these comments in the strongest terms and they will be hearing further from me and my contractor.

Splashbacks created a great oven splashback of Lake Vyrnwy- super resolution in the photo and a perfect fit. It was easy to attach to the wall. The staff were very helpful when I rang them and the order was delivered on time. Thanks

We wanted a bespoke colour with electrical socket cutouts and a recess around our extractor hood. Splashback.co.uk had an easy online calculator which offered a really good price. I could not add the cost of the recess on-line however a telephone call got that sorted.

Brian and his mate called ahead of delivery. I was fitting this myself and even though it was late in the day and they still had other deliveries to make, they very kindly took a few minutes to give me guidance on how to handle the glass plus where to put the adhesive.

Do watch this company’s YouTube guide on measuring and do allow a small gap between the glass and any wall.

Do be aware that the colour will look different once it is behind the glass and is therefore glossy. We chose a different colour to our units but still within the same colour family.

We would recommend Splashback.co.uk and use again without hesitation.

I ordered one of these from my own picture, it took me days to decide which picture to use and I was a little worried if I'd made the right choice. However it was delivered (by a lovely helpful man) very quickly and I was amazed at the quality, I really had been concerned that I may not be making the right decision. But so pleased that I went for this in the end. Everyone loves it... but not as much as me!!

I had a Glass splashback made from one of my own photographs. Before ordering I was a little worried about how it would turn out, however there was no need to worry. It is absolutely fantastic. Great quality printing. Also great service and communication.

Drab looking garage door glass needed colour to brighten up. Enquired about a bespoke splashback to my own design and Splashbacks accommodated me perfectly. Debbie at Splashbacks assisted greatly with my design and the whole process was very straightforward.

I am so pleased that we found this company. The choice is amazing and we are thrilled with the splash back design that we chose. It was custom made to fit our space and is perfect. We had a minor issue with missing fixings but this was easily remedied and everyone that I dealt with was very helpful. Would unhesitatingly recommend.
