Incredible customer service!

Great customer service, Incredibly straight forward procedure and fantastic communication. Never had an issues or complications with this company - I would certainly recommend them to friends!

Lousia's smashing it - she's super friendly and helpful! And explained things clearly too. She's also been able to make headway with a bills issue that we haven't been able to resolve over email too.

Called up on behalf of my daughter who was having some issues with her bills and debt collectors. A little furstrating having to call but the person i got through to was v helpful. Think her name was esther.

Had an issue with an overpayment

Had an issue with an overpayment, didn’t really want to chase things up, thankfully Clare was really helpful over the phone, raised the ticket immediately and helped process my refund within the hour. Brilliant customer service and a real gem to chat to over the phone.

SO BAD charged double in one month 0 stars

Such bad communication! This is marketed at Uni students but I would not recommend! I paid my bills on Monday for this month. I then received an email informing me they were going to charge me again for another whole month in 3 days because they missed a payment??NO warning at all. As a uni student I cannot afford this and did not plan this as part of my budget. SO SO STRESSFUL sent an email on Monday and have not received any help or advice.
