They woman I spoke to Lyndsay, she was amazing helped with all my questions and was very understanding.

How do people actually use this company to settle any bill payment? They are the worst! They haven't made any payment, my credit score is down 16 points, I have recieved a letter from the solicitors of British Gas and there is late fee payment from both Welsh and British gas.

i believe I spoke to someone named Michael today. He had an amazing personality and really helped in getting me sorted out regarding my billing issue. Amazing customer service.

George handled my call. It was more of a grievance rather than an enquiry. And he was patient and kind enough to listen me out and gave the apt response to my concern. Well done George!!!
