Discovered this site by googling an item I was looking for, I never found the exact item, and colour but looked at there other items and bought afew hoodies. They were dispatched reasonably quickly, and delivered quickly. I’ll be buying from them again very soon.

Products great - delivery slower than quoted
Products great.
I ordered as it said next day dispatch. The email saying it had been dispatched came about 5 days later. So it was over a week before I received. I try not to use Amazon - but it would have arrived next day.
Also I sent an email asking about this and there was no response.

Please be advised that some of the items from your order were available for order, and same-day dispatch is only applicable for items that are in stock. Your confirmation email included an estimated timeframe of 2 to 6 working days. As this was received from the supplier, it has now been dispatched to you - This was emailed to you on 04/04. Customer service
Before placing an order I queried an online description if the product I wanted to order. They emailed me back confirming that the description was wrong and that they would correct it. Fast forward a month or so noticed the description hadn't changed, so ordered what I thought was the right item. Received the item through the post only to find that the wrong item had been posted. The only option offered to me was a refund, not even to correct the item sent with the one I requested. First time ordering from this company and very underwhelmed with the whole customer service. Failed delivery & now ignored by SportsGB
Ordered an item that was delivered by Amazon & left outside the front door in full view of passers by & no instructions was given to leave the package anywhere & surprise, surprise not there on my return, initially they responded to my emails & so say contacted Amazon but now despite numerous emails Extreme GB no longer respond, shocking customer service.

It's a shame it's taken a trust pilot review to get a response as for over a week I have been completely ignored despite multiple emails sent.

Item size wrong
Shoping experience itself was ok. Delivery time but long, but understandable.
But the item - bike seat post was smaller as described. Should've been 29.8 and it's 29.6. Not big difference, but had to squeeze my seat clamp too much to hold it in.

Thank you for your feedback and review. Could you please confirm the email address you are using along with your order number? I have attempted to locate your order using the name provided in the review but was unable to find a match in our system. Once we have this information, we will be able to address your review thoroughly and ensure you receive the necessary information. Kindly provide your order number or the email address associated with your purchase. It appears there may be a misunderstanding, as we are a UK-based business and all our orders are shipped from our warehouse. Our order numbers begin with SGB on this platform. We are not asking you post publish your personal email. This is our email address sales@extremegb.com. Please email your order number and we can look at it.
Not good enough service...
Not good enough service.... Ordered a pair of cycling shoes on 24th February. Estimated delivery time 2-6 working days. Far enough, not in stock but ordered in and then sent. "Despatched" 28th Feb by Amazon. Delivered 2nd March. Unfortunately the wrong size (not SportsGB fault). Return process worked OK- prepaid label with an exchange for the next size- which were showing as in stock. The return was received on 6th March and then they hid behind their posted T&C's about returns taking 7-10 working days. The online chat service is quite responsive but utterly useless as doesn't actually achieve anything. The return was finally processed on 13th March, telling me to expect an email within 24 hours with the new tracking details. Nothing arrived. So I followed up with the online chat again. They confirmed a supply problem with the replacement item, but said it would be despatched the next day. Nope.In the period since arranging the return, the price of the item had been reduced by over half, so I can see why they had sold out..... Anyway, on 20th March I finally got an email (first contact without chasing) telling me of a 2 week delay. So I cancelled the order and bought elsewhere.
The moral of the story- avoid. Slow despatch time and exchange policy. Better to return for a refund and re-order than go through the exchange process. Terrible comms but Joby and Polina on the online chat tried their best.

Our carriers provide flexible options to accommodate our customers' busy schedules. The delivery could have been rescheduled for a more convenient time, allowing you to obtain the necessary code, or you could have arranged for someone at the property to have the code, which is emailed 15 minutes prior to delivery. As a small family-owned business, we strive to offer competitive pricing, which can sometimes limit our ability to absorb additional costs such as free shipping on rescheduled deliveries.
