Be careful of the delivery date and quality
The delivery date given was 2 - 8 days. My shorts arrived on the 8th day, how ironic. The quality of the shorts are not great, for some reasons, they look like fake.

Slow delivery
The swimsuit I ordered is lovely but I was disappointed in how long it took for it to arrive. It was a gift for a friend who was moving away and it didn’t arrive in time for me to give it to her.

Lack of communication with delivery
Lack of communication with delivery, seemingly cancelled by seller right before delivery on wrong day not that it mattered but still none the wiser as to when I might receive the goods. Even after me emailing them

As discussed in our private communication, it seems the Amazon driver encountered difficulties in locating the address, resulting in the parcel being returned. I had a really positive experience. Ordered a helmet which showed as in stock and delivered next day delivery which I paid extra for no problem. Many thanks for swift transaction

Avoid. Crooks.
Delivered short on the order, won't take responsibility and replace or refund on their shortcomings.
Sent CCTV which shows the box not filled with the product as "evidence" to not refund.
Would high advise to avoid these crooks

Shocking customer service.
Shocking customer service.. My parcel was delayed even though I paid a premium to get it next day.. All I got is that if the parcel is delayed it is still withing their timeframe... Of course my parcel has not arrived yet.. They just say it will be..

I recently placed an order and accidentally put the wrong delivery address on it (like a wally) I emailed on a Saturday (out of hours) and got a response back from Polina, the same day, she was friendly, professional and really helpful, she sorted my issue straight away. My delivery was quick to arrive despite stock needing to be ordered in, overall a great big thumbs up from me

Item didn't arrive
The item didn't arrive so I contacted them. I had a rather short email saying to wait longer, which I did. After about 10 days I emailed again to say the item still hadn't arrived. I received an apologetic reply stating the warehouse hadn't dispatched the item, and a refund was issued.
It would have been 1 star as the company just couldn't be bothered to look into my queries, but I gave 2 stars as the refund was at least prompt.
